First Day Screw Ups

When I got to the school and got off the bus Ryan bumped into me. "Sorry...I-" he started What? He wants to say something! What the HELL IS IT?!?!!?! UGH!!!!!!!!!!! "Eh... It's okay. Nothing I'm not used to. At my other school I wou- And he's gone. Ugh." I said "Oh hey! Are you the new chick who moved in like last week?" asked some random girl who walked up to me... "Yea... My name's Sky. What's yours?" I asked "Well... I'm Becca. You know... your neighbor..." she said shyly. Which is weird she doesn't seem like the shy type... "Oh. Well can you show me around? Hey what grade are you in?" I asked "Sure thing. Umm.. I'm in tenth. You?" "Me too!" "Cool! So... could ya show me around?" I asked "Oh yea sure! So umm... you probably have to go to the main desk right?" "Yea... Probably." "Kay so follow me!" She said and started to walk up the steps of the school. She opened the door and we went inside. The entrance hall was crowded with people. Some stared at me as I walked by. Others just went on talking about their summer. A couple of people said hi to me. Becca was talking to me and I wasn't listening. "Sky, did you hear what I said?" she asked "No. What'd ya say?" "I said... you know the guy thats behind us? Yea... his name is Ryan Gillder and he's emo and stuff and he's a loner and nobody likes him. Well I mean other than his clique.  I mean I would hang with him its just that... I have other people to hang with....Uh.. ya know what... nevermind I sound like a horrible person when I say that out loud." She stopped talking til we got to the main desk. "Mm Kay so... here ya go... Do ya want me to stay or...?" She asked, "Meh. Stay with me. If you don't mind..." I said lamely. "Kay." she replied "Good morning. You're Skyler Fey?" the skinny-ish, cheeky lady asked. " Uh... yea. That's me." I said "I'm Mrs. Gillder. Here's the map of the school and Ryan over there can show you around. He doesn't do much so I told him its either Welcoming Comitee or a sport. I'm his mom." she said, waving Ryan over. Wow they look a lot alike. His mom has black hair, green eyes (just a little bit older). Other than that the lady looks about early forties, is a little bit heavier, but not by much... "Well... See ya later Sky!" Becca said as she walked out the door. "Mmm... kay let's get this over with." Ryan mumbled, " So what's your first class?" he asked me "Umm I have Chemistry. With Mr. Lowmin." I replied. "I do too. So follow me."  "Kay." And that's what I did. We went into the classroom and sat down in a chair. Then that bitch Sam walks over to me with two other girls following her. They look me over and smiles. They seem nice. I was wrong that sweet smile then turned into a scary smile, like one of those that a shark would have right before it eats you..."Hey Sky... What'cha doin' sitting in my seat?" Sam asks "I'm sorry... there wasn't a sign with your name on it. And you weren't sitting here so... I sat down. Plus its just a chair. If you look around there's others." I said. Then the chick to the right of Sam said "Well... it's her chair so move." "Meh. I don't feel like it." The one to the left of Sam said, "Could you please move so that there isn't any trouble? Please? I don't want to get in trouble the first day..." "Umm... okay... I guess. Since you have manners." "Thank you. My name's Carol, by the way. And on the other side of Sam is Alice. It's nice to meet you." said Carol. "Uhh.. nice to meet you too, Carol... and Alice." So... that was weird... why does that chick hang out with those people? Like seriously. Why? Anyway... So I got up and sat in a different seat. Not that it mattered because right after the other people filed in the teacher called me up and introduced me to the class. Mr.Lowmin said,"Class this is Skyler Fey." And I say to myself... Ugh. Fuck my life. Someone shoot me in the face. Please. And the class didn't look up or anything they were too busy talking. Why are they still talkiing? The summer wasn't that long was it?  Although, Ryan was staring at me. Why does he keep staring at me? Am I THAT attractive? Or am I THAT ugly? Ugh! It bugs me! So after that I walked back to my seat. And stared at a wall until class was over. I felt that Ryan was still staring at me.

When class was over Ryan came over tome and asked me what I had next and all that crap. I told him. He showed me where it was. Got introduced to the class, but THIS time all eyes were on me. I felt so awkward it was ridiculous. "Hey there, Redhead!" one of the boys shouted at me, "Where ya from?" he asked. "I was born in California. Then we sort of started to travel everywhere. I probably won't be here long so..." I replied. "Oh. Well... My name's Devin. I think that you are pretty." the guy named Devin said to me, in front of EVERYONE. God I'm so embaressed. "Uh... kay thanks..." I walked quickly to my seat. And I swear to god EVERYBODY was staring at me and at Devin. Is he like a jock or something that every girl falls for? 'Cause he is really cute and if Ryan doesn't ask me out before Devin I'd totally go out with Devin. Like seriously.
