A hollow void
A shell where I hide
Dark and empty
I call out to the light
Will I ever be able to feel
Even sadness, even pain
Through the depths of the abyss
Can I feel
Live on into the night
And close your eyes

Hopefully we'll be someplace nice
The stars are shining bright
Piercing the heavens
So let's move on into the night
Where there's peace and silence
