You and Calum had been dating for 3 full years now, but lately thing haven't been going too well. You seem to be fighting more often and you can't agree on anything anymore. So when things started getting a little scary during one argument you thought you had it handled, but you may have been wrong.

"You know what? Fuck this y/n I'm done with this is bullshit!" Calum screamed in furry. "Oh just because I was hanging out with my friend who I'v been friends with since 3rd grade your dumping me? Real original run from all your problems!" You raged back at him "you saw a fucking movie and went to dinner with him!" Calum screamed. He was really angry, you'd never seen him this mad before. "He's been my best friend since 3rd grade Calum!"

He took a step closer to you, "I don't know if i can trust you anymore"
He said lowering his voice by only a little. "Oh my god! It's not like I fucked him or anything he's my best fucking friend!" You screamed at him. Not quite used to swearing this much "Why are you always so fucking difficult?!" Calum yelled raising his voice up one more notch. He lifted his hand to run it through his hair...

You thought since the fight was so heated that he was going to hit you.
You shield you face with both you arms and lean back some a small whimper escapes your mouth waiting for the pain, you felt nothing though. You slowly put your arms down and looked up. Calum stood in front of you with tears in his eyes, "y-you thought I was going to hit you?" He said his voice shaking a little. You looked down at your feet. "Oh god I would never hurt you please don't be afraid of me" he cried out and embraced you in a hug, and flinched back.
"Please y/n you know I would never hurt you, oh my god I would never hit you" he said a tear dripping down his face. 

"Calum, I love you but you are so big and strong and when i was little I used to get pushed around because I was so small and now I just" you stuttered "I'm just scared of being hurt again and I-" he cut you off "y/n please don't be afraid of me I wouldn't lay a finger on you if you didn't want me to" tears now streaming down his face.

He picked you up and carried you to your shared bed. You felt his bicep muscles flexing under you he placed you gently down on the bed and then sat at the bottom. "I love you y/n" he whispered and ran his hand down your cheek. You stared blankly at the wall. "I love you too Calum."
