Ken's POV (Ken is a girl just to let you know)
It was so boring without Alex at school. She is the only one who understands me and my...er... condition. You see.... We are currently the only ones in the world that have wings on our back and can summon lightning and fire. I know, a real surprise and fairly shocking but it's true. But the hardest part about it is to lie to everyone including your parents. It sucks so much. And school makes it much worst. The teacher is currently talking about the relation to zero and infinity, and is verbally arguing with one of the class clowns. I mentally started to punch walls inside my head. I am worried that Alex and I might be a bit crazy. Hehe.
Finally the bell rang and I headed home from school. I was walking home because my parents were currently on a trip in Italy and they left the house to me. One good thing finally happened. YES!!! Hopefully Alex can come over or something... When I finally got home I decided to go on Skype and called Alex.
Me: What's up?
Alex: Nothing much. Except my parents left me alone for a few days to take care of business. I'm all alone. D:
Me: Don't worry you won't die cause only I am allowed to kill you. :D
Alex: Ok.... hehe...
Me: Are you nervous?
Alex: lol no. Just a bit disturbed
Me: NO IT'S A BIG WORD!!!! AHHHH!!!!
Alex: Don't fret little one. I will teach you the ways of a scholar!!!! XD
I was about to reply when I though I heard something downstairs. I told Alex that I heard something and she told me to be careful. I slowly opened the door to my room and looked outside. No one. Thank goodness. I thought. Then BANG!!! Something crashed somewhere in the living room. I bolted back inside my room and quietly shut the door, locking it. I grabbed my computer from my desk and went under the bed.
Alex: What's happening?
Me: SHHH!!! Use the chat box.
Alex then started to type something into her laptop as I could hear footsteps wandering around my house.
Alex: WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!!
Me: I think someone is in my house!!!
Alex: F*CK!!!
Me: What should I do their coming up the stairs now!!!!
Alex: KICK THEM WERE IT HURTS!!!! BITE THEM!!! DO ANYTHING.
Me: Their trying to open my door DX
Alex: USE YOUR POWERS!!!!'
Me: I can't I haven't slept for a week.
Alex: F*CK SH*T A**
Me: Their in.... Try to be quiet.
Alex didn't reply back so she must of gotten the message. I minimized Skype so that the intruders wouldn't see Alex and try to kill her. There were to pairs of feet. One was the size of a 12 year old kid like me, maybe older, but the second pair scared me. There were like tree trunks trudging around my room. Making no sound. F*CK!!! I thought. Then the pair of feet suddenly stopped by my bed. WHERE I WAS F*CKING HIDING. I started to panic and I took a deep breath and held it, in an attempt to be as quiet as possible. *sigh* I didn't work.
I was pulled from under the bed by a beefy arm. I stared at the two.
Me: F*ck!!!
Then I was knocked out somehow but the last thing I saw was a boy in a suit getting my laptop.
