Chapter 5 - The 'first' Meeting

"Excuse me?" I questioned furrowing my eyebrows together as his face almost burst in contentment, staring at me with all his will, every second to take a breath of shock as his jaw dropped.

It was that name again that he muttered.

It was that name that made not just Melissa Hastings mentioned, but this man too.

Aria. Aria. Aria. Aria. Aria.

Who was she? Who the fu*ck was this women that supposably gets uttered by a number of people?

The silence between us was broken when I snapped both of my fingers in front of him and he flinched all of a sudden out of his thoughts and again his Adam Apple eyes bobbed put again, jaw dropping once more while he looked at me top to bottom and at this point as I felt offended at his action.

"Hello. Excuse me, sir! Can you stop staring at me and have the care to say sorry to me?" I flustered in frustration while brushing the wisps of hair to the side and yet the blue orbs of his eyes stared in front of me in shock.

"Cat bite your tongue?"

He cleared his throat and slowly shook his head bringing his left hand and brushing it through his brown locks, looking at me once . "I-I ahem I'm sorry for- the coffee, um should I pay-"

"-It's fine. It wasn't like I was going to drink it or anything." I smiled in sarcasm and grabbed Erica's hand, nearly falling on the way as she smiled at the guy and in return giving her the death stare that she would hope not to flirt with the cute fella.

In seconds I felt a strong warm hand grab my upper wrist as I stopped in my tracks and nothing but adrenaline shoot through me at the skin the just made contact with mine.

"Wait...I just- what's your name?" He asked me in a haste, concentration showing within his eyes and I yanked my hand off as if his touch burned me.

"You don't need to know that!" My voice trailed louder, giving him a glare between my eyes and walked out the coffee shop.

---

"Can you believe him!" I almost shouted throughout the left wing of the firm as I swiped my key card to my office entering with Erica behind me.

"No, Vic I can't," Sarcasm powered in her voice, "He was just a cute- uh I mean a hot guy that accidentally dropped your coffee AND offered to pay for another one...but being you-"

"-alright fine. You've made your point." I merely shrugged and took a seat in front of my desk huffing out of curiosity.

I closed my eyes for a moment in my thoughts retracing if I knew him and where he came from as the questions started to pour in on why his touch seemed so familiar to me not even that why it seemed to radiate when I flinched away.

Who was he?

"Can I get a cheeseburger, please?" I said swinging my hips onto the bar stool to the young chap in front of me.
