Hidden Light: Looking

     I struggled with the plump vampire and tried kicking her away from my neck. I had enough. I shot out light energy in the form of bullets from my palm and shot her right through her heart. She gasped and turned into dust. I sighed with relief and picked the picture up. The picture showed an old grouchy woman.

      I flew up into the sky and took another look at the map: Changi Airport. That will take a long time...but I have to go! It was late already so I quickly flew back home.

                      ...

       " Elieen! Come down for breakfast!" I woke up startled. Oh...that is just my imagination...Mom is not even here. I sighed as I looked around my lonely household. I switched the television on to watch the news. " Melany Tamamono, Ryan Kashi and Isabelle Renea has gone missing and indeed their families do not know where they are currently now. The police think that the cases are all related in some way.." Their faces flashed on the television screen. Isabelle is the third person whoever it is. Of course they are all linked!! I looked up at the sky to see the portal even wider. Three parts completed. I walked to class with a gloomy expression on my face.

ADEN'S POV

        I wonder how my daughter is doing. I have been staying in this palace's dungeon for 12 years...King Devall has the nerve to spread a rumour around about me dead. I hope Elistia is okay too.

       I looked around my prison cell. I have suffered so much. Not that it was not comfortable here, they treat me like a prince! But..I want to see my daughter. I may be their prisoner but they treat me pretty well because they want me to be in good condition to provide enough energy source for them every single day...forever. Somehow, I turned from being a human into a Lightian.So in a way, they want the remaining Lightians to provide energy source to make their electricity supplies work. They have no intention on wasting their dark energy. I hope Elieen does not make any hasty decisions to get her mother and friends back.

BACK TO ELIEEN'S POV

       I looked at the picture intensely to try and study it. Old woman with light brownish eyes, wrinkled face, pale skinned and long white hair that was not bunned up. She looks like a ghost! I went back to see the wizard again to ask him if he knew the location of this old lady.....AND WHY ME??? SHE IS A FREAKING GHOST!! Gosh my hair is gonna turn white. She really IS a ghost. "I know...I apologize for not informing you about this earlier. But yes, you are looking for spirits and not humans. Those pictures are just pictures of them before they passed away." he who said in a matter-of-factly way. Har har, very funny. "One last thing: Those pictures are guarded each by vampires. Be careful." the old wizard warned. I rolled my eyes. Again, he could have told me earlier. I could have died trying to get that darn picture.

      I scurried to school with my hood on and all day I was tortured by the horrible rumours about the three missing students. Some say they were dead. Some said that they were kidnapped. But for me, I knew the real truth behind the missing three. I sighed as I walked down the corridors of Thundersrike high.
