I'm so happy! I'm making my grand entrance in school. Actually I'm starting my senior year.
When I'm about to enter the gate, someone splashes water on me and my first day has become such a mess! I didn't imagine my first day to be like this! Everyone is laughing at me and staring like shit!
This is all because of that guy!
Damn!
Who the hell was that?
Fuck. It's him.
Why? Again after 5 years!
Seriously!
When I'm about to punch him, I'm being pulled away from bed by my mum.
She always grabs me by my legs and wakes me up.
Sometimes, it scares the shit out of me.
But not today. I feel so peaceful that it was just a nightmare!
Thank God, it was only a dream. Why was I thinking about that jerk anyway?
Anyway, forget him Jessy!
Don't want to ruin my mood, today.
I'm starting my senior year.
"Jessy! Where are you lost?
Honey, get up now! Or you're going to be late on your very first day!"My mom says.
She's right.
I need to get ready, right now!
Or I'm going to be really late.
I soon go to take my shower.
I spend a whole hour in searching the perfect dress and shoes.
Finally, after my hard work, I found a pair of navy blue denim jeans with a white sleeveless blouse and paired it with matching high heels.
I finally got ready and sat down for breakfast.
"Honey, what took you so long? You have only half an hour left and your best friend has been waiting for you like an hour!
Where are you lost lately, dear?"she's really concerned.
"I'm fine, mom. I need to get going or my best friend is going to kill me to death! Bye, mom!"
By the time, I get outside, I see my best friend waiting for me in his car.
Tyler Wood, my best friend since childhood.
He's been always there for me.
"What the hell were you doing since the past two hours? Your mom told me that you were shut in your room!"he's mad at me.
'Well, I was getting ready.
Don't forget I'm a girl."I smile.
"Well,what are you waiting for? Get inside the car,we're getting late! Hurry!"He orders me.
I quickly get inside and in less than ten minutes we're at school.
He was driving like a maniac as if we would die if we don't reach in time.
Finally we reach and then with all my force I smack him on his shoulders!
"You would've ended killing both of us, today!"
"But I got us in time. I could do with a Thank You or something."He grins at me.
"Well, you go ahead. I need to make a call. See you in class."
He waves me goodbye and gets inside.
I call mom as I saw 12 missed calls of her on my phone.
Is she okay?
"Hey, mom. Are you okay?"
I ask.
"Well, I'm not. I just needed to inform you that I'm going out of town for two weeks for some work as well as some paperworks of our divorce. Are you okay with that?"she asks hopefully.
Well, what can I say but yes.
So, I agree to her.
I hang up my phone.
Finally, my parents are getting divorced.
I'm not mad at either of them.
They were not happy with their marriage but still they tried their best.
Well, it didn't work out and they were drifting apart from each other.
I guess, they were not just meant to be together.
Now, they are both happy in their lives with their new relationships.
I was so much lost in these thoughts that I totally forgot that I was getting late.
Shit.
Just when I'm about to enter through the gate, suddenly I'm splashed with water out of nowhere and completely drenched.
Fuck.
I'm wet and this is it!
"Who the fuck was that? Show yourself, jerk,if you have enough guts!"I scream even though I see no one.
"Baby, missed me?I did miss you a lot, my sweet little shortcake!"a voice says from behind me.
I suddenly freeze.
Fuck!
It's him.
My nightmare has become real.
It's really him!
My one and only childhood enemy, whom I hate the most!
