Will
I walked down the tracks, a bottle of whiskey in my hand.
I was drowning in my thoughts, but they were all about her.
It's been three weeks.
I miss her.
"I miss you Lex." I said out to no one.
The smell of cherries and grapes filled my nose.
She was with me.
"Each night I lay my head on the pillow, and I-i try to tell myself I'm strong." I sobbed, "I try to tell myself I'm strong because I went one more day without you."
I've never cried so much in my life.
There was a train whistle in the distance.
"Oh my beautiful princess, you were yanked from life too soon." I cried out, the smell of her got stronger.
"I can't do it anymore, I want to be with you."
The train whistle got louder and I could feel the ground vibrating.
"Here I come princess."
Narrator
"William Kent McCoy was found dead this morning. A local jogger spotted his body a few feet away from the train tracks near Spring Park. All the evidence indicates that he had been taking a walk while in an intoxicated state, when the train struck him. His friends and family all say that it was suicide. His girlfriend passed away nearly three weeks ago, which would be probable reasoning for said suicide. A candle light vigil will be held for the modern-day Romeo & Juliet at Spring Park Beach, celebrating their young lives and the true love they had for each other." The blonde news reporter spoke into the camera, "Tune in at 6 for more about what the weather will be like for your weekend plans."
The two did it, they thought they were meant for each other, they thought they would be together forever, and that's what they got.
