  June 2
As I walked with my mom without thinking about where I was going. Looking back on this I wonder, What did my life turn into? We crossed the street and started to walk onto the sidewalk when I fell. My knee hit the ground first as I fell. I quickly recovered and got up. "Myra watch where you are going!" While I was just back on my feet my mother accident swung her purse in my direction and it smacked me right in the face. Before she could react I heard someone honk their horn at us. I turned turned around briefly to see a police car behind us. My mother and me did the stupid thing and ran. The sidewalk slowly changed blow us from cement to brick. By the time we had lost the cop we were out of breath. I had never been fit but I had pretty flat feet so I could run better than 25% of people. It wasn't that good but it helped. The rest of the way home I wondered why the cop had pulled us over. When we got home I opened the door and went inside. I started to do the normal and prepare to tell my sister about the police chase when I accidentally knocked over the vase beside me and it shattered. Why does my life have to be so hard? I quickly picked the pieces up and ran out to the dumpster. The outside of my house had a front yard and backyard. The dumpster was close to the front yard. I walked over to the dumpster and dropped the broken pieces into the dumpster. Then I started to walk back when I saw out of the corner of my eye a cop car pull by but I didn't even think about it until later. Inside I turned on the TV and unfortunately it was the news. I was about to switch the channel when a video popped up on TV. I wouldn't have cared much if it was a random video but it just happened to be footage from my fall. I gasped in shock and the news reporter started to talk the Young child being abused by her mother. Then the reporter started talking about how this case was being investigated. I was horrified at what I saw on TV. The way the reporter talked and the way the video looked made it look like my mother had shoved me and hit me in the face with her purse. Then we had ran when someone chasing after us. The reporter then said that the video had gone viral and gotten 4 million views in 10 minutes. My life was ruined. The police would question us and maybe we could get out of this but my legacy would forever be imprinted on the Internet. People would always have the wrong impression on me if I met them. My idea of transferring schools had gone out the window. I would probably never get a job because everyone would think I had a hard life and was raised in a bad family. I wanted to run upstairs and hide. I jumped off the couch and ran upstairs. The stairs were pretty old and had carpet on. As I reached the top I heard a crash. I panicked. My neighborhood had high crime rates so I thought that I was about to be robbed. My house had 15 windows at the base floor and 10 at the top floor. I heard one of the Windows far away from the stairs shatter. Then I heard the sirens. I did the smart thing and ran into my room which was a mess and threw away the curtains from the window. When I looked out the window what I saw horrifies me to this day. A huge crowd was swarmed around my house. There were so many people in the crowd that I couldn't even see any sidewalk. I heard them yelling and throwing things at my house. That moment I realized everything that had happened. But for some reason I was kind of glad it had happened. For all of my life I had been worthless to many people. I was a total unknown who wanted to make an impact on the world. Now I was the center of attention. In the crowd camera crews filmed. Suddenly, something hit my window and my window cracked. I heard a knock on my door and suddenly smelt smoke. I knew I might die in a open space like this and ran downstairs. My mother and sister were nowhere to be seen. I had just made another mistake. The front door started to break. Wood sprayed over the floor. I was at the bottom of the stairs when I saw a man with a camera pointed at me. I wanted to scream and ask where my family was but for some reason, blame my teenage brain I wanted attention. As the camera was pointed at me the cops ran in and grabbed me. I didn't struggle as the picked me up and took me out the doorway. The whole crowd cheered and some people yelled. The cops tried to calm the mob down but suddenly a random person reached out and grabbed me. The cop wasn't prepared for this and let go of me. The random person threw me into the crowd.
