It was about a week after Rocky's mother died. Rocky and her sister Sky had to stay with their grandmother. Rocky had turned 7 that year and Sky was 5, they had no authority over their lives. "Rocky!", their grandmother shouted. "Get over here immediately!" Rocky was crying in her room, she had been like that ever since her mother died. She went down stairs, where her grandmother was at, and she saw a trash can filled with her mother's things. "There you are, now take these stupid things to the trash can outside", her grandmother demanded. "You MONSTER!!", Rocky shouted. "Those are my mom's things! You have no right to look at them!". "Well your mother is DEAD. So you better get used to it, you little brat". Rocky ran up to her room crying. She didn't leave her room the entire day. She hated her grandmother. She was never nice to her or her mother. She was only nice to Sky. She went through this living hell for 8 years. Her grandmother died when Rocky was fifteen. Rocky cried that day, but not of sadness, she cried tears of joy.
The 8 years of Rocky's life will be made in different chapters.
