I felt cold. So goddamned cold that I had to be in Alaska. I opened my eyes to see a dark room with enough light to just barely see maybe a foot in front of me. I tried to move around but couldn't. I continued to squirm and wiggle and move but to no avail I went no where. I heaved a sigh and just hung my head. I know I should be freaking out, I know I should scream for help or something. But why? If this is how i'm gonna go then I guess I've got myself a nice story to share in Hell. I hear footsteps come towards me, I looked up to see a silhouette of a person. Tall, muscular, seems to have poofyish hair from what I cant tell of his outline. Then I see a wide smile come across the figures' face. His K-9's like daggers, and how in the hell can someones teeth be that white? Never mind, not important. He brought a knife next to my cheek and leaned in close to my ear and whispered in a low voice almost like a growl "I've waited for you, and now I have you. Oh what fun we will have together!"

I shot up out of my bed to the sound of my alarm and in a cold sweat, trying to catch my breath. Same damn nightmare different day I heaved a sigh and drug myself out of bed. Time for the daily routine, I threw on a Daughtry shirt, my favorite jeans, and laced up my combat boots. I threw my hair up in a clip and headed to work. Thankfully my boss doesn't have me wear a uniform and lets me dress however. If I had to wear high maintenance clothes I would most likely die. I looked over at the clock. it read 6:00 P.M (what? I took a nap then went to work. Don't judge we know you do it too...) shift started and all the dishes piled up fast. Oh did I not mention i'm a dishwasher? Exciting right? Anyway, as it nears closing the waitress, my boss, and the cook left to go home and left me to lock up. Wasn't anything new, I locked up every night. Except, tonight was different I jumped at every noise and freaked out when I dropped a pan. I sat down took a breather and sighed.

"Calm down, you're fine it was just a nightmare was all nothing more. Come on Dallas pull yourself together!" I get up and finish up my dishes and other crap to do then lock up. I hop in my truck turn the key and plug in my phone, I push shuffle on my phone and it starts with Fall out boy, I can live with this. Pulling onto the highway I head towards home and take a shortcut on a dirt road to my house. I hear my truck sing a low fuel light at me and my tank is now on empty. "Great! Just FUCKING WONDERFUL!" I shout as my truck turns off and i'm now on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere at exactly 2:45 A.M. I look around to try and see any sign of life anywhere, town is 10 miles in the other direction but home is only 6 miles. I head towards my house with my keys and phone in hand, thank god these boots are comfortable. About a mile and a half into my trek home and I see a small raggedy house off to the side. I don't remember seeing it there before but of course I don't really observe much anyway. I walk over to what seems to be a black metal screen door and knock twice on it.

No response

I waited a few more minuets before knocking again.

Still no response.

"Well it was a long shot. Ffffffaaaaccckk I've gotta walk."

I turn around hop off the porch and continue walking in the direction of my house I get almost back to the end of the driveway when I hear a deep voice behind me.

"Hey! Wait!"
