Chapter 11

""Elunar!"

My eyes scanned frantically for her as I quickened my pace around the church courtyard, heart pounding so fast it almost hurt. I was desperate to find her. Desperate to wipe away her tears...

Desperate for her body, too.

I cursed myself silently. Damn it, Thunder! Get a grip on your libido and control your lust! This is not the time. First things first—you need to find Elunar.

I walked toward the side of the church and heard faint sobs. My ears locked onto the sound, and then my eyes landed on a woman sitting on a cement bench, her back to me. Her shoulders trembled as she cried.

I knew instantly it was Elunar. I knew her form, her silhouette, her curves. I knew her body like the back of my hand—even if it was only her shadow, I could recognize her anywhere.

My chest softened. The rest of the world fell away when Elunar turned her tear-streaked face toward me. Her eyes widened in surprise, confusion flickering across her delicate features.

"Elunar..." I whispered as I approached. She jolted, quickly standing and stepping back until the bushes and plants behind her trapped her in place.

"Please don't walk away... please stay."

Her lips trembled, her voice breaking as a tear slipped down her cheek. "W-What are you doing here? The wedding just started, right? You shouldn't be here..."

"No," I said firmly, stepping closer. "This is exactly where I should be. With you. I should be with you."

Her smile was broken, pained. She shook her head. "Right now my sister needs you more than anything else, Thunder..."

"Please stop pushing me away when all I've ever done is chase you!" My own eyes stung, tears burning as I squeezed them shut, and hot drops streamed down my cheek. "Please, just this once... please let me fight for our happiness."

I pulled her into my arms. She stiffened but didn't resist. "It can't be..." she whispered. "You're going to be a father soon..."

"She's not pregnant, Elunar." My voice cracked with urgency. "Didn't you hear what I said in the church? Eclips drugged me, then lied about carrying my child—it was all a lie. Please, believe me. I never lied to you. I'm not that kind of man."

Shock filled her eyes, confusion scattering across her face. "W-What do you mean?"

"Does it matter?" My hands cupped her damp cheeks. "Because for me, what matters is right here, right now. The woman I want to build my future with is standing in front of me. All that matters is Elunar Falacia is in front of me."

I hugged her again. She sobbed harder, but this time her arms wrapped tightly around me too. Her tears soaked my shoulder like rain.

"I'm sorry... I can't stop crying..." she whispered.

I smiled faintly, breaking the hug just enough to brush her tears away with my thumbs. "Then let them out, Elunar. Let them all out. I'll wipe them away as many times as you need."

She nodded, sniffling.

I bit my lip, gazing into her swollen eyes. "Tears are like cum, you know. They'll come out when you can't hold them back anymore. So just let them flow, Elunar."

She let out a shaky laugh through her sobs. "You never change, do you?"

A playful smirk curved my lips. "Baby, I have changed. Don't you know it's a world record for me? Almost two weeks without sex."
