Nayoung's POV

"I need to tell you something important later. Don't be late arrasseo? :)" He pat my head.

"Arrasseo oppa. :)" I just smiled and walked away. Wait Nayoung, are you blushing? No waaaay. You two are bestfriends and would never be more than that. Don't have those stupid thoughts.

Many people asks me if Hyunjin and I are together or something but I always tell them we are only bestfriends since we were kids and I'm sure we don't feel anything romantic with each other.

Hyunjin is very dear to me. He's always there when I need him. When I'm down because of school, when my parents get mad at me and when I had my first heartbreak (3 months ago), he's always there for me, to make me smile and protect me. For all those times, I never thought of him having feelings for me. I just think that I'm also dear to him since I am his bestfriend and a younger sister since he was a kid.

I'm scared of what he'll tell me. No Nayoung, remove those thoughts in your head. It will never happen. But what if he do have feelings for me? What will I do?

I rush to the cafeteria to meet my other bestfriend Mina. Mina is a such a big Kpop fangirl like me. She's my no. 1 spazz buddy :)

"Yah Kwon Mina!"
"MINAAAA!"

Lol she's busy watching something on her phone with her earphones on so she can't see and hear me.

I went in front of her. "Mina-yaaaaa *insert aegyo here*"

She removed her earphones. "Why you doing your aegyo again???"

"Because you are not paying me attention maybe? What are you watching and you didn't notice your lovely bestfriend?"

"What lovely? Haha OMG You know the rookie group Seventeen? I think I love them already."

"Yes I know them but you know I'm not really a fan yet."

"Oh god. You should be a fan! I'm sure you'll like them. They are very funny and they produces their own songs. And I'm sure you'll like their music style."

"Well I know that song. Mansae mansae mansae yeah am i right? I always hear that everywhere."

"The song's so catchy right? They're so handsome too. I think I fell for Wonwoo."

"Who's Wonwoo?"

She showed me her phone's wallpaper. "Here he is. He's looks so cool right? He is a rapper and has a deep voice."

"You do like guys with deep voices."

"Haha yeah that's why he's my bias. Try spazzing them okay?"

"Okay I'll try during the holiday break but can we eat first right now because I'm starving you know?"

We bought our lunch. There's beef stew yehey! We finished everything for 10 mins. I guess we're really hungry.

"When are you going back to Busan?"

"Tomorrow morning. By the way, I'll be living in a new apartment when I go back here in Seoul."

" 진짜???  Woah I sense more sleepovers :)))"

"As if you don't sleepover in my auntie's house often haha"

"Well, I can't really be that crazy when we sleep on your auntie's house. That's so cool. You're an independent woman now."

"I know. I'm so excited but somehow sad. I bet I'll get lonely most of the time."

"Count on me. I'll be there most of the time. Haha"

"You going somewhere after class? Hyunjin invited me to drink some coffee."

"Oh sorry. I need to go with my mom somewhere. :("

"Okay. C'mon let's go to our next class now." :)

Mina's POV

"You going somewhere after class? Hyunjin invited me to drink some coffee."

"Oh sorry. I need to go with my mom somewhere. :(" I can't help but lie again. But I need to.

*3 days ago*

"Mina-ya!"

Park Hyunjin.

"Oh Hyunjin oppa. Waeyo? Don't you have a training?"

"I'll be going there in a while but I'm glad to see you now because there's something I need to tell you."

He need to tell me something?

"What is it oppa?"

"This may be so out of the blue but I- I- I actually like Nayoung."

I KNEW IT. But why do my heart feels like it's going to explode. I think I'm sick right now. Tears go back. You can't fall now.

"Well, i kind of sensed it. I mean, at times you're kinda obvious. But why do you need to tell me this?"

I tried to smile. I tried. I guess it's still not obvious that I'm about to cry.

"It's just that I need to tell you first because you are her bestfriend. You are important to her and I think it's just right to tell you that before I confess to her. Will it be okay?"

No. I'm not okay.

"You'll confess now? That's nice. Yes, of course. At least I can trust you with her. I know you'll take care of her well."

Why Nayoung? Well, she is perfect. She is so pretty, lovable and nice. I can't blame her. I'm nothing compared to her.

"Thank you Mina. :) I need to go now. See you around!" then he suddenly hugged me.

If only I can stay in your arms forever, but I know this is gonna be the last time. It's my bestfriend whom you like and I need to let you go. I need to unlike you. I really hate myself for loving you, out of all people. If that's what makes you happy. Goodbye Hyunjin.
