Jack Millers And Adaline Chapman

Adaline Chapman:
Since we were done with my hair, all that we needed to do now is buy some makeup. Jack and I headed towards a makeup store called Mac Cosmetics where an employee showed me what colors would go best on my skin, how to contour my cheekbones and other facial structures, and lastly some products they thought I should buy for myself. "Hey Adaline, can you see without your glasses?" Jack asked. "Um yeah. They're just for reading. Why?" I asked curiously. He took my glasses off and snapped them in half. "Aw. I liked those glasses." I said whining. "Well Will doesn't like girls with glasses, so you're definitely not keeping those old, granny looking spectacles." He said, crinkling his nose. I pouted at him and gave him my puppy eyes that no one could resist. "Nope it doesn't work on me. It doesn't... Damn it!" He said after looking at my eyes. "Fine. We'll get you a pair of reading glasses but only use them at home, okay? And don't let anyone see you in them. They'll suspect something's up." He said sternly. I nodded my head as fast as I could. "Yay! Thank you so much!" I said jumping up and down. I gave him a huge bear hug and he went stiff. Then he awkwardly patted my back. "Ok, let's go." He said and led me the way to America's Best Eyeglasses. We talked to an employee there and she got me some reading glasses. I sighed. "I'm so tired I could just fall asleep here. Like, my legs could literally fall off!" I said with extra emphasis of the words, literally. Jack laughed. "I'm sure that would happen." He said with a grin. We exited the mall and he dropped me off at my house. I hope mom doesn't think I look bad with my new look. I rushed in through the front door, hoping I could get away. But, as soon as I reached the stairs, I heard someone clear their throat. It was my mom with her arms crossed over her chest, and her feet tapping the floor. "Care to explain why my daughter, Adaline Rosé Chapman is two hours late for dinner?" She said angrily. I slowly turned around to face her and bowed my head down in embarrassment. I heard her gasp. "Oh, finally my little angel has made some friends!" She squealed giddily. "Mom!" I said groaning. "I'm not your little girl anymore. I'm allowed to hang out with my friends without you there to watch after me. I can protect myself now mom." I said trying to act mature. "All I was going to say was you look gorgeous, honey. And of course you're not a little girl anymore, but you'll always be my princess in my heart." She said, her eyes twinkling with joy and her face full of glee. "Thanks mom." I said grinning. I went upstairs and put my clothes in my closet. I plopped down on my bed and sighed. "I hope this plan works." I said to myself. "Dinner's ready!" My mother yelled out. "Coming!" I yelled back to her and ran down the stairs, my stomach growling as soon as it smelled food. "Smells delicious mom." I said, moaning over the aroma of Chicken Alfredo. I grabbed a gargantuan hunk of the food and placed it down on on my plate. I moaned again, this time taking a big bite out of the Chicken Alfredo. "We'll be having dinner with the Millers, who live next door, tomorrow. "Hmmm." I said as I tried to remember the name Millers. It sounded so familiar, yet, I couldn't think of who it was. "I guess I'll find out tomorrow." I said to myself. After we finished dinner, I went to bed as tired as an elf.
~~~~~~~Adaline's Dream~~~~~~~
I was on the beach, looking at the waves, holding someone's hand. When I turned around to see who it was, their face was blocked by the Sun, making it too bright for me to see. So I turned back around. Then, I was suddenly in a new place. Where once again, the mysterious man was there. We were at a restaurant, eating dinner when the man got up and went on his knees. He pulled out a blue, cube-shaped box from his pocket and said, "I've loved you ever since we met Adaline. I know I wasn't the nicest guy back then, but I've changed. You changed me, and I was willing to change for you. So will you do me the honor of marrying me?" He asked me. I don't know what caused me to do this action but, I cried and said yes. Another scene popped up with me in my bed with the mysterious man. I looked down at my left ring finger to see a beautiful, diamond encrusted wedding ring. He turned himself around to face me, I could almost make out his face, but not quite yet. He had tan skin, light brown hair, and pearly white teeth. As he leaned closer to me, I could see some other details as well. Big lips and a sharp, defined jawline. I saw only the lower half of his face now. As the Sun was rising and his face was appearing, my alarm woke me up. With the alarm blaring out it's loud noise, I woke up hesitantly, wanting to sleep more to find out who that person was. It seemed so realistic, it felt as if it actually happened in real life. I got ready and forgot I had to wear my new clothes so i went back upstairs and combined some clothes together instead.
