As I waited for the elevator I took in my surroundings people were talking kids were running around being annoying
I tap my foot on the ground impatiently,annoyed at all the sound that's erupting from the lobby
When I finally hear the godly noise of the elevator ding and heavenly looking small space being revealed I almost screamed of happiness
But no I shut myself up so I wouldn't embarrass myself in front of strangers
As I walked in a few other people walked in, I pressed my floor number and heard the man say his room number to me "uh can you also press number 7 that's my floor number" he asked me
I tried not to roll my eyes, I did as he asked and pressed his floor number before walking to the back of the elevator and waiting for my number to appear on the little screen on the top of the elevator door.
As my number showed up and the door slid open I immediately walked out and headed for my room which was luckily close to the elevator.
As I got to my room I knocked on the door and waited for it to open by one of my family members
As I waited for awhile there was still no answer I stayed silent and waited to see if they would answer this time
No answer after a few minutes passed I looked at the door number and kept double checking to see if I had the right room and every time I checked I was right
I groaned and took out my phone,I dialed my moms number and waited for her to pick up with my phone close to my ear
As I heard a beep and a voice come through the phone I groaned louder
"Why ain't she picking up her phone" I almost yelled
I tried a second time and this time I heard my moms voice come through the phone "hello Emma?" She asked all calmly
"DON'T HEY EMMA ME MOM where the hell are you I'm at the door of our room" I screamed into the phone
"Oh sorry I was gonna call or text you and tell you we already left" she said
"What how I was at the elevator and I didn't see you guys" I said as calm as I could
"Well I guess you missed us cause we used the elevator" she said "whatever just when will you be back I'm starving" I complained
"Were going to get pizza calm down and don't worry I know what kind you want so just relax until we get back" she responded then hung up
Psh I'll hang out when you get back
I grabbed the card that was inside my pocket and opened the door
When we got here mom asked for separate keys and gave them each to us cause she knows we all want to travel around the hotel except me
But she gave it to me just in case,as I walked into the room and I plopped onto the bed that my parents and my sister share. I laid down with my legs hanging off the sides and my arms spread across the bed
My phone sadly didn't have the hotels WiFi so I was bored with nothing to do, I started flailing my arms on the bed and just listened to the noises of my arms hitting the bed.
I stopped for awhile cause my arms got tired and just listened to nothing in particular.
I laid there for what seemed like hours and I already felt tired, I felt my eyelids get heavy and just let them fall and cover my vision
Until I heard a very faint moan from the other side of the door I almost thought it was just my imagination
Until I heard it again but closer like as if it was in the room standing next to me...
I felt the urge to Jump up and run out of the room like a mad man but my body was still and didn't make any movements.
I heard the moan again but it sounded as if it was in my head, was I imagining the moaning? was I being possessed by the girl who I have been having encounters with often?
Is she haunting me? These questions ran through my head like bullets and my head had a sharp pain as if someone just stuck a needle into my brain
The moaning got louder and louder and it seemed as if everything around me just suddenly stopped like the world was slowing down.
Was this just happening to me? Am I going to die? What will happen to my pizza? My head hurts from just thinking.
The moaning just won't stop shut up shut up shut up "SHUT UP" I screamed into the empty room
The moaning stopped and so did the silence of the room,I was panting like crazy and felt sick to my stomach
Oh god what the heck just happened? Was I really imagining it was that all my imagination was it because of me seeing that girl
Is she really haunting me? Was it because I found out about her past is. she warning me of something
What could she possibly warn me about. Its ok Emma its Tuesday only three days left you can do this
I thought but my thoughts were broken as I heard a knock on the door
It was a very soft knock that I could barley tell if it was really a knock or not
Until I heard it again and got up but I didn't open it before I looked through the little hole on the door
Oh what a nice surprise I thought as I unlocked the door and waved my hand "hello there Asia what can I do for you also I didn't know you knew my room number"
She stared at me her expression was blank I thought she was gonna jump me before she spoke with her rough voice
"Your sister looks nothing like you"
