Emma

i went out to the grocery store to get some vegetables. I looked like life had gotten tired of me living and my safety?
i didn't care anymore.

he'd find me even if i lived in a hole so what was different?

he has killed me so many times and i lived. nothing was new, I'm still living. The world is big but i had hope, my children gave me hope.

as i turned my suv to the other end of the street, some cars blocked my way. i couldn't shout for them to move out of the way, i had no strength. instead, i watched them do their thing.

some of the men started arguing and i sat there in my car, watching them rant. the next minute, someone opened my car from the back, two came in and as i tried to scream and run. i became dizzy.

it was too late.

they found me.

i woke up a few hours later to some voices up front.

'is that his ex wife' first voice asked

'yes, what a beauty huh?' second voice replied.

'where did he get that rich and beautiful lady for a wife?' first voice asked again

i recognized that voice.

it was that jerry of 2weeks ago!! i struggled and struggled, my mouth had been taped. my legs and wrists, taped too. i looked around for some clue but my eyes found nothing.
The building was old but familiar...i sorta knew the place but i couldn't figure out where.

few hours minutes later, a long legged woman came in.

BRITTANY.

"well, well well!! look who we have here. ex Mrs Parker, the smartest woman in the world" Brittany laughed and i could tell that wasn't good. she looked cool smiling.

i looked at her out of frustration and sighed deeply. i was weak and tired, weak from crying and tired of everything.

'can't speak?'

'cat got your tongue?' she asked again.

i looked at her again.

what do i do?? no Dan.

she came to where i knelt on my knees and hit me on the face. I could feel blood on my skin.

'remember this? you will pay for everything Emma' Brittany said.

she heard someone coming and she walked out of where they had hidden me..

my face was bleeding but i didn't care, my heart was aching badly and it needed a tub of ice.

'if it isn't my ex wife!' Jason talked loudly as he clapped and walked.

he looked at me in disgust but i didn't care too.
he did me a favor by removing the tape from my mouth.

'remember this building?' he asked

i shook my head in a no.

'your annoying parents office building' he smiled.

no wonder it was familiar.

'what do you want from me?' i managed to ask.

no no no.. this is not the time for courage, this is the time to zip my mouth and accept whatever would come to me today since I clearly had nobody to fight for me.

'Everything' he said.

'you know, for a woman, you are one of the smartest. you knew my motives well and you planned ahead'
