Missing You

Chapter 8

Luke's POV

Eventually we got to the uk, we finally landed. It seemed like such a long flight.
I gathered my stuff that I took on the plane with me and went to go find my case, and Olivia.

After I finally got my case I went to go find Olivia. She was stood by Starbucks so I went over to her.
"Want me to go get you a drink?" I asked her. She nodded. "White chocolate mocha, yeah?" Again, she nodded. She hasn't spoke for over three weeks, it must have hit her hard.
I went into Starbucks and ordered us both the same drink and paid for it. Once they were done I have Olivia one and got our cases.

Olivia's brother was outside waiting for us in the car. I put our stuff in the boot and got in the car.
"How has she been?" Elliott, her brother, whispered to me.
"She hasn't spoke for over three weeks. She's hardly eaten, drank, or come out of her room." I told him. I could see the sadness in his eyes. He focuses on the road and didn't speak much after that.
"Thanks for coming with her" he said a while after. He looked over to me and smiled, it didn't look like a fake smile. A genuine smile. "It means a lot to me, and her even if she won't say it. She's so thankful that you came"
I smiled and told him it was okay and that I really didn't mind. Once we got back to Elliott's house I helped with all the luggage and took it inside.
Olivia followed close behind with her earphones in and went straight up to her room.
Elliott sat in the kitchen at the table so I went and sat with him.
"How have you been holding up?" I asked him.
"I was really bad in the first week or so but I'm okay now I guess. In the first week I didn't really go out much, my friends came over and helped out a bit but after that I was okay. Olivia took it a lot worse because they were extremely close, until mum died obviously and then he distanced himself and worked a lot." He told me.
"I'm so sorry, I'm always here for you both." I smiled slightly.
"Thanks" he smiled. "I'll go check on Olivia, she won't say much but yeah" he told me as he walked upstairs.

Short chapter again but I'll update in my week off, Olivia's POV next :)
