Another Luke Brooks Love Story

The Boys Are Back

I woke up the next morning. I turn around to see Luke sleeping peacefully. His chest rising and falling. I lightly  traced his tattoos on his arm until i saw his eyes flutter open and a huge smile plastered on his face. "Mornin' Baby" i say with a smile. "good morning beautiful" he replied with a smile. i place a feather like kiss on his lips.

 I got out of bed and headed into the bathroom. I did my usual morning routine. I didn't really feel like doing anything today so i didn't bother with makeup. I threw my hair into a messy bun. I walked out into the bedroom and rummaged through my clothes picking out a pair of my favorite sweatpants and tank top from PINK. 

I threw it on real quick and crawled back in bed. I snuggled closer to Luke making myself comfortable. He kissed my forehead lightly. "Do you feel like doing anything today babe?" i asked Luke. "Do you wanna have a lazy day with the boys?" i smiled at him and it was like he read my mind. "So i'm guessing that's a yes?" i nodded my head still smiling. 

The thought of seeing the boys excited me. I haven't seen them in so long and i miss them. "alright then freshen up and i'll go get the stuff ready." i said getting up from the bed. He pulled me back down and gave me quick kiss and then got up and disappeared into the bathroom. 'oh how i love that boy' i thought in my head. 

I was smiling like an idiot when i headed downstairs thinking about how much fun today was going to be. I made a quick breakfast and set it on the table for the both of us. Just in time i heard Luke coming down the stairs. "something smells great!" Luke said putting his arms around my waist. "thanks baby, i just whipped something up real quick. Hope you don't mind an omelet and some coffee." He squeezed me tighter and kissed me on the cheek. "Of course not it looks great." he let go of my waist and went to go take a seat.

Breakfast went by pretty fast. "i'm gonna call the boys if that's alright." i said picking up our dishes and placing them in sink. "if u don't mind could you take out the snacks and make the living room comfortable with blankets and pillows. Oh! and set up Netflix." i said with a smile. "sure, no problem." 

He got up and slowly started walking towards me. He softly cupped my face with his hands and kissed me. I kissed back. "i love you, you know that." i smiled. "ya i know...i love you too dork." i said poking him in the stomach. "stop distracting me and go get the stuff ready." he kissed me one last time before he disappeared  into the living room. I headed upstairs to grab my phone.

I dialed Jai's number first. "hello?" i heard his raspy voice answer. "Jai!! it's Kaya!" i said in an excited voice. "Kaya love how's it going!?" i smiled when i heard his tone of voice change. "nothing much you?" "well you know same old same old." "uh...hey quick question you free today?" the line was quiet for a second. "yeah why you got plans?" "ya i wanted to see if you boys could come over for a lazy day. I really miss you lads a lot." i said pouting. "we miss you to." 

I could see him practically pouting on the other side of the phone. "i'm sure me and the boys can come over." i couldn't contain my excitement. "YAY!!" i practically jumped off the bed. "Alright love contain yourself we miss you too but you don't have to wake the whole house." i could hear him trying to contain his laughter. "sorry." i was on the verge of laughing as well. "alright i'll tell the other boy's about it and i'll give you a call later if that's alright?" i smiled. "alright thanks i'll hopefully see you later."  "alright goodbye love." I ended the call. He's such a sweetheart.

I headed downstairs and into the living room. I was surprised to see that Luke actually did what i asked. Blankets draped over the couches, pillows everywhere, snacks and drinks all setup on the coffee table. I was impressed. He was sitting on the couch scrolling though Twitter as usual. I laid beside him. "i called Jai" i simply said. "And?..." Luke said waiting for an answer. "He's gonna tell the boys about the plan then he'll call." "aight"
