Two Sides Of The Story(Part 2)

*The same day*

Kaya's P.O.V

It was late and me and Radha decided to get ready for the dinner tonight. I was so nervous yet so eager to see Luke. I had a mix of emotions.

I got out of the shower and headed into my closet. I was stressing out cause i didn't know what to wear. We were going to a fancy place but still.

"RADHA!!" i called out to her. I was in need for some desperate fashion advice. Radha walked in fully dressed and ready to go. Mind you we had two hours to get ready. And i take like four.

"Kaya why the hell aren't you dressed yet?!" i sighed. "i don't know what to wear!!" i pouted. "Hear i'm gonna make you look bomb as fuck!" Radha said looking through my clothes.

She pulled out a dark red dress. It had a sweetheart neckline and it was bedazzled with diamonds. It was super long and slim fitting. plus it had a long slit to show off my leg a little.Perfect.

"Thank you so much i owe you." i quickly slipped on my dress and put on a pair of my favorite red Louis Vuittons. I admired myself in the mirror.

It hugged my every curve perfectly and the neckline was very revealing but i didn't mind. I went to go start my hair and makeup when i saw Radha already there with a curler in hand.

Radha did my hair perfectly. Long curls falling all the way to the small of my back. For makeup i had a smokey eye and a very rich, dark red lip.

For the finishing touches i added some jewelry and grabbed my clutch. We were just in time. We admired ourselves in the mirror taking a couple of cheeky pictures here and there.

I grabbed my trench coat and bag and headed out the door. Radha insisted on driving because i was so nervous i started shaking.

We finally made it to the restaurant. My heart was beating so fast. I was so nervous. Radha took my hand in hers which made me turn my attention to her.

"Look i know you're nervous but don't be. You are going to go in there and show Luke who's boss. I mean look at my best friend she's a bad ass bitch and she's slaying in that dress right now."

Radha always knew how to make me smile even in my worst times. I got out the car and me and Radha confidently walked into the Restaurant with our arms linked.

There he was. My heart sank when i saw him and that nervous feeling started coming back. But i wasn't going to let that show.

All eyes were on us. I confidently went to great everybody and then came Luke. I gave him an awkward one armed hug.

You know that hug you give to that one friend you lowkey hate but you wanna be nice. Ya that one.

Even though i wanted to jump on him and attack him with kisses i couldn't. "Hey, how are you." i said nervously shifting from side to side trying not to make eye contact.

"I'm good. What about you?" Luke said doing the same thing. There was a long moment of silence.

I decided to break the silence by saying "I'm gonna go sit down so..." i said slowly walking towards the table. "Ya me too." He said walking beside me.

He politely pulled out a chair for me and i sat down. "Uh...thank you." i said as he pushed me in. "Ya...uh...no problem."

I prayed to god that he wouldn't sit next to me but at the same time i wanted him too. Either way he pulled out a chair next to me. I had Radha next to me for support.

Everybody was having fun and catching up. "We need to talk." I heard Luke whisper in to my ear. His hot breathe causing goosebumps against my neck.

"Ok" i quietly whispered back. I excused myself from the table and followed Luke outside. He took my hand and lead me to a gazebo lit up with fairy lights.

He sat me down on a bench never letting go of my hand. He sat down next to me. It was quiet for a while until he spoke up.

"Hey long time no see." he said. "yeah." i said blankly looking down at our hands intertwined. He placed a finger on my chin and slowly pulled my head up to look at him.

I haven't looked at him for so long. His eyes were so beautiful just as i remembered. "How's everything?" i could tell he really wanted to start a conversation.

"Everything's been going really great so far." i lied i've been feeling like utter shit for the past three months. I just hid my tears behind a smile so nobody can tell.

"What about you?" i asked innocently getting lost in my thoughts. "Good. I've had time to think about things and that's why i want to talk to you."

My heart started to beat faster. "i talked to Jai earlier and he told me everything that happened that day and i'm sorry. I took things the wrong way and i should've listened to you."

My eyes started to tear up. "Kaya i've been hurting so bad for the past three months and i've missed you...and i love you."

After he said that i burst into tears. "i-i've missed you too...you have no idea. These past few months have been hell for me. I l-love you so much you have no idea."

He cupped my face and smashed his lips into mine eagerly. I haven't kissed him in so long that i forgot how his lips tasted.

I felt his cold lip ring against my lips. He started to kiss down my jawline to my neck which caused me to moan out loud.

I didn't mean to but i haven't been touched like this in so long that i had to. I slowly wrapped my leg around his waist and allowed him to have more access to my neck.

I suddenly realized we were in public and young teenage boys were starting to stare. I unwrapped my leg from him and pushed him away. I quickly brushed myself off and sat up.

"is everything ok?..i didn't mean to go that far." Luke started. "No it's not you...people are starting to stare." i said quietly.

We both giggled and walked back inside the restaurant hand in hand. He pulled out the chair for me and i sat down.

Radha leaned closer to me. "I see you two have made up." She said nudging me and raising her eyebrows.

I suddenly realized what she was talking about and I playfully slapped her in the arm. The rest of the night went on pretty well.

Everybody was having fun and having small talk. Luke went home with me that night but what we did i'm gonna keep to myself.
