Another Luke Brooks Love Story

Heartbroken

 I heard a knock on my door. I got up to go check it and it was Radha. She stood there with an apologetic smile and a bag of wine,ice cream, cookies, and candy. She knows me too well. 

I opened the door wider signaling for her to come in. We both walked in to the kitchen. "Thank you for coming...you didn't have too you know." i said. "Oh shut up. Wether you like it or not i'd come anyways." She said with a smile trying to enlighten the mood. 

"Your my best friend and you know i'll be there for you no matter what." She said hugging me. As soon as she hugged me i just started crying. I was done trying to hide behind a smile. She pulled back looking at me confused. 

"let's go to your room we can talk about it there." she gave me a reassuring smile as she grabbed the bag of goodies and we headed upstairs. We walked in to the bedroom and Beau was laying there on his phone.

Beau turned his attention to me. He noticed i've been crying and immediately got up to embrace me in a hug. "You ok love?" He said slowly walking to the bed making us both sit down.

"No. It's just so hard not being able to see him and have him next to me...Beau he's gone. He's probably already found another girl that's better than me. I'm just complete utter shit." Radha sat next to me rubbing my back.

"Love don't say that. I think he was just overwhelmed so he made that decision. I'm sure he didn't mean too. I can go talk to him if you want." Beau said still embracing me in a hug. "Beau no don't talk to him!" 

"Love you can't hide from each other forever. You're going to have to talk things out sooner or later." He had a point. "Beau it's only been a day tho give it some time."

"Ya i understand but i at least have to go talk to him to see what's going on." He let go of our embrace and looked at me dead in the eyes. "I'm doing this cause i care about you two. you both mean a lot to me as a family so let me help...please?"

You thought about it for a moment. This could make matters better or worse...But it was worth a try. "Ok...fine. But come back please?" He stood up and started walking to the door. "Of course i'll be back i wouldn't leave you like this."

With that he left. "Who's he?" Radha randomly asked out of nowhere. "He's beau. He's just a really close friend. Basically like a brother." I sighed thinking about how lucky i was to have him.

"Does he have a girlfriend?" She innocently asked. "No...he doesn't...why?" i asked confused. "Oh no reason...do you wanna watch a movie?" She quickly changes the subject. I decide not to argue...not today at least.

"Ya sure that's fine." I said pouring myself a huge glass of wine. I took a huge sip. Maybe drinking will help with all this misery. "Kaya...Me knowing you maybe you should slow down on the wine."

As she said that i was pouring herself her own glass and just handed it to her. "It's fine i promise i won't get drunk off a glass of wine."

Luke's P.O.V

I heard a knock at the door. Who the fuck is this knocking on my door at midnight?! I cautiously opened the door only to realize it was Beau. "Fuck dude don't scare me like that...And what are you doing here at midnight?"

Beau shifted from side to side uncomfortably. "It's...It's about k-kaya..." There was silence. I opened the door signaling him to come in. I sat on the couch not ready to hear what's going on.

I felt the couch sink next to me meaning that he's sat down. "Look dude...she's miserable. She's threatened...t-to... kill herself." I was at a loss of word at that moment. I caused this?

"Wait are you being fucking serious?!...Is she alright?!..She hasn't...harmed herself has she?" I didn't want to know the answer. "She's fine. I've been staying with her. But she hasn't eaten or slept ever since."
