"Andy! Andy, get up!" This is what I get to wake up, decent at least, right? Every morning. Every morning Claudia waked up at 6:35 a.m, turns on her side, grabs my arm, and yells at me until I yell back.

"I am up!" See? It all comes in it's time. That's what my mum used to say. That everything came in its own time. Just like I would.

"No, like actually up." This is the part where she finally calms down, and stops screaming at me.

I role over on my side, to try and avoid this ugly morning, but all I get is more yelling and a bony hip digging into my mattress. Lucky me, right?

I bet you're still asleep. Or maybe you're awake, but you're still happy at least. I'm not, but that's life. My life.

*Two hours later*

It's almost 9, which means the safe camp meetings should start. Every Friday morning at 9:00, we get weekly updates. All the adults are aloud to come, but no children.

It's a barn like area that we all huddle in, and there is about 100 people. Most days, these meetings aren't worth coming to, because they just talk about problems, or government updates, that mostly consist of "we still don't know who they are, but we will."

Twenty minutes pass by, and one of the leadership council men makes his way up to an elevated spot. His hands are folded, and all he does for abut five minutes is look around the room analyzing the crowd.

"I know that we are scared, and I know that we don't know what I think, but the government is telling us that we should not be. We have reason to believe from the government, that they have found a cure for the returned." He finishes off this sentence with a smile...

What? My face turns to my sister, and she had the same expression clouding her face.

"It's not true." She whispers in my ear. I look at her, a shocked expression on my face? How could she say that? We haven't had one hard of hope given to us, in five years.

"It's not true, I heard that this was going to happen. That's why Rose left, her mother knew. I don't know how to explain it, she said something like an invasion on the government itself, we can't trust this. They'll kill us off" She says turning back around, life it was nothing. She was good at acting like everything is okay, she is a good liar.

I turn back around too, knowing that she can't talk about it right now. As I do so, he keeps talking again.

"Because try have found a cute, they are sending military help to pick families up and bring them back home, tomorrow morning." People around us start to shout, wanting more information.

Claudia stands up, grabbing my hand and walking us out. It's difficult to follow behind her, because of the infuriated crowd of people.

"We leave tonight, we can't stay. They'll kill us off" She whispers to me as we walk back to the cabin. I nod my head, nothing to say. I have nothing to say.
