Rainy Day

It was raining, as I was looking at the window staring at the rain drops intrigued,  it didn't rain much in Outworld as my village was hidden close to the desert.  Everything was quiet,  just the sound of the pages turning of the book Sub Zero was reading, it was a pleasant sound, peaceful and steady.  Occasionally I would see his facial expression change as he was finishing up the chapters,  he didn't pay much attention to me at that time but I enjoyed watching him so focused and with his nose in the books or in his work .  One thing bothered me every now and then,  his white pupils where his blue eyes used to be.  He was much more mature than me despite spending some time as a cyborg being programmed by Lin Kuei's previous master,  he did good to his clan and helped it develop into something that would protect this realm. How were things in Outworld I often wondered but never got a courage to ask and never thought of going back.  This was my realm now and I felt accepted by his clan as well as now allying clan of Shi ray ryu.  I got lost in analyzing everything that had happened and didn't notice his hands around me as he whispered in my ear: "What are you thinking about?", his head rested on my shoulder as I felt his pleasant weight pressing against my body,  his body was of course which reminded me of the first night he spent in my house in Outworld. Staring at the rain rushing down in small streams on the glass window I sleepily respond simply: "You sre always staring at your books" I pouted. He went mute for a second as he didn't realize I was joking,  "I have a clan to lead,  I...", I turned around standing on my toes and kissed his nose. "Just kidding" I grinned, "My serious Grand-ma-ster" I purposely put accent on "Grandmaster".  "Huh you don't usually call me Grandmaster,  unless...", he brought me to himself "you want something".  He took me in his hands bridal style and gently placed me on the bed, I pulled his arm and brought me to me kissing him slowly as he layed his head on my chest resting. "You work too much" I stroked his hair but he was already sound alseep.
