Slender's P.O.V.
I opened a portal to my room and walked in. I sat down on a chair that Jeff and the others gave me. I produced a tentacle and opened my nightstand drawer. Inside was a photo. I looked at it. It showed me and the other Creepypastas. This was taken after their first kill as a team. This was taken years ago. Everyone was smiling, even Jack who was very shy by that time.

I chuckled. At the back of the photo was the date when it was taken and all their signatures, including mine. Then there were other things written.

"The Creepypastas' First Kill Together."-Slender

"Hello." -Jack

"Our first ever takedown. Hooray." -Jeff

"His time was up." -Clocky

"I'm still twitching with excitement!"-TT

"What a show!"-LJ

"I did all the work : )"-The Amazing Benzilla

I chuckled. The date at the back said: 5-12-00. Wow. I really am old. I put the photo back in the drawer. I checked the time on my grandfather clock. 1:15. Then, I walked outside. I looked down from the floor I was on. Everyone seemed to be minding their own business. I saw Jack at the kitchen. He was sitting on a stool, talking to Ben who was sitting on the kitchen counter. I listened to what they were saying.

"I still can't believe that Slender's leaving in the first place." Jack said.

"Well, we should have seen it coming. The old man needs some space. Ya know, travel a bit. Expand his horizons," Ben replied. "Besides, we been bugging him out since he first took us in." He hopped of the counter and started looking in the fridge. "I know, but he's been with us for so long. It's hard to accept that he's letting us go." Ben nodded. "Jack we've all endured a lot. Murder, sorrow, pain, madness. I even died when I was a boy. But we've all went through it. So if we can handle all of that, letting Slender go is no problem." Wow, I can't believe how profound Ben really is.

"Thanks, Ben." He took out his salsa then kicked the fridge door closed. The microwave made a beeping noise. "Ooh, right on time." He opened the microwave. "Here it is." Other Creepypastas started walking to the kitchen. "Is that a pizza I smell?" Soon, everyone was in the kitchen. I walked back inside the room, hands behind my back. I really am going to miss them all, even Ben.

I sat down at my desk. Papers and notes were scattered around the table and on the floor. I opened a drawer and pulled out a new piece of paper. I grabbed a pencil and started scribbling on it. "One more mission." I made 7 more papers with scribbles and words on them.

I looked at myself in the mirror and straightened my tie. "Yes..." After taking one last look at myself, I shoved the papers in my pocket and started to leave, when I saw something in the mirror. It was no longer my reflection that was showing in the mirror but another face. The face was paper white  similar to mine, but it seemed to have a gray tint around it. He had no mouth on his face, but I could see his chest and arms. They had several small mouths on them. His eyes were pitch black. But I could tell that they were full of rage, and anger. They were burning into me. I felt a strong, sharp pain in my forehead.

"N-no."

He pointed his finger at me. "I'm coming for them, Slender. Not even you can help them now." I punched the mirror. It shattered into pieces. I held my head. "It can't be." The pieces of the mirror scattered onto the floor. There was something carved onto the wooden surface of the mirror. It was written in deep, thick gashes, and there was blood on it. It read only two words. But those words made my blood run cold. They were the words that would signify the end of the world. The marks on the mirror read:

HE COMES

-a few hours later-

Ben's P.O.V.
Me and the others finished off the pizza. I was resting in my room with Jeff. "So, I'm pretty sure that you thought Slender would choose you to be the next leader." I said. Jeff chuckled. "Was it that obvious?" I laughed. "You should have seen the look on your face when Slender said Jack's name. You were all like 'What?!' It was hilarious! Well, it was really sad when Slender said he was leaving, but still, you should have seen the look on your face!" He stared at me. "Whoops, sorry."

"Nah, it's okay. So, why do you think Slender's leaving?" I groaned. "Ugh, can we please not talk about Slender leaving? I'm already too emotional." He got up stared at me again. "Really? You don't seem to sad about it. Is it because of how he constantly bugs you?" "No. I really am sad to hear him leaving. I guess Jack's right. We've been with him so long that it's hard to see him finally say goodbye. And it's all so sudden, you know? It's not like it's gonna die anytime soon."

He shrugged. "I don't know. Things happen. I guess Slender just had better things to do. And I really think we should start taking care of ourselves now." Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a note being slipped under my door. "Hey, look at that." I pointed at the note. "Another one of Slender's notes?" I nodded at Jeff. "Well, what does it say?" I read the message carefully. "It says 'WE ARE HAVING DINNER AT THE MAIN HALL.' " The note ended there. Well that was strange of Slender. We usually never have dinner at the main hall. "Wow, okay. Slender's acting strange lately." I put the note in my pocket. "So what do you think the occasion is?"

"Hmm?" Jeff questioned me. "Why do you think Slender's letting us eat at the main hall?" He got up from his seat. "I don't know, but it sounds really important.
