Clockwork's P.O.V.
"Nnghhh..." I stuttered before my eyes shot open. "What?! Where am I?!" I tried to stand up until I realized I was handcuffed. It was too dark to see anything except a pair of glowing red eyes which I recognized immediately. "Ben!" "Huh?! Oh, Clockwork! Welcome to the party!" "Ben?! What happened?" He laughed. "First you gotta tell me what you remember?" "I kicked him. "We don't have time for this! Tell me where we are, how we got here and where the others are. And where are my blades?" He laughed some more. "Oh, I love it when you're mad." I glared at him."Okay, okay. If you can remember correctly, you were knocked out," That's right! We went to the victim's house when the witness knocked us out! "We were all knocked out, I'm guessing. Then, I guess we were brought here. After that I woke up and waited until you did. I don't really know where here is though, and we can only guess where everyone else is. And I have no idea where your weapons are. That's all I can tell you right now." I tried to break free from my cuffs. "Ben, can you break me out of these cuffs?" He shook his head. "No can do. I'm handcuffed myself." "But, you're a ghost aren't you?" He murmured something. "What was that?" He spoke up. "They handcuffed me with something that blocks my powers."
I groaned. My vision had adapted to the darkness. It looked like we were inside some kind of metal box. "Do you think that Slender noticed we're gone by now?" He started moving around. "Don't know. I'm hoping he does notice. There's not enough leg room in here." I frowned and sighed. Me and Ben stayed silent a bit, about a few minutes, until I an idea. "Ben! I got it!" "What? What? You got what?" "An idea! Use a potion!" He started kicking and jumping around...more or less. "Oh yeah! think I still have one more teleportation potion. Could you try and get it?"
I nodded and moved closer to him. Then I tried reaching out for his pocket and when I did, I felt a bunch of small vials and bottles. "Which one is it?" He shrugged. "I can't see in the dark. Just take one and pour it down." There's a very small chance that this will work, but at this point, I'm up for anything. I opened the bottle and let the liquid pur down on the ground. At first, nothing happened. But then, I felt a small warmth underneath my hands. It felt nice considering how cold it was here. "Hey, do you feel that?" I asked Ben. "Feel what?" Soon, the warmth began to heat up. It burned my fingers. "Ow!" I looked behind me to see a small glow that was growing brighter. The burning sensation hurt felt even more unbearable.
"Ouch! Ah!" I moved my hand away from the flame. "Clockwork? Are you okay? What happened--? Oh. Fire." Ben started screaming. "Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Ohmahgawsh. Help! Help!" I kicked him again. "Stop screaming! This is a good thing! Watch this." I held the chain of the handcuffs close to the flame. Come on. Come on. After waiting a bit, the chains melted. "Yes! Now, you try." Ben held his handcuffs close to the fire as well, but they didn't break off. "No!" I patted his back. "Sorry." Then we both noticed that the fire was getting closer to us. "Aaahh!" I screamed. "We have to get out of here!" We tried kicking at the box. No use. "Are there any hinges?" I asked. He checked the corners of the box. "N-no. None. Oh, I have an idea." He reached into his pocket and took out a potion. "A teleporting potion." "Well, what are you waiting for? Hurry up!" He poured the potion on us. "Now, think of where you want to go." I closed my eyes and thought about being out of this box thing. When I opened them, I was no longer inside. I looked next to me and saw Ben who was struggling to stand up.
I offered my hand and helped him up. "Thanks. So, where do you think we are?" I took my first good look at our surroundings. We were in some kind of metal room. The entire thing was painted navy blue. There was a door and a window but we couldn't clearly make out what was outside. "I don't know." There was nothing else inside the room but us and a few more boxes. "Wait, what about the fire?" We both looked at the growing flames. "Ben, we need water!" He gave me a canteen and I quickly poured it onto the flames, which died immediately. "Thanks." I handed him back his canteen.
"Okay, so I think that we have to find the others now. But where could they be?" Then his ears moved. "Wait." "What is it now?" "I hear something. It's coming from those other boxes. Do you think that they're in...there?" I shrugged and bent down to listen more carefully, and soon enough, I heard a voice. "Hey! Let us out! Hey! Come on!" I was surprised. "Toby?" I felt a kick to my ear through the metal box. "Hey! Watch it!" "Clockwork! Is that you? Sorry!" I rolled my eye. "Could you get us out of here?"
"The metal seems about thin enough to cut through if you have the right tool. You have your axe things?" "One, they're called hatchets, and two, after I woke up I haven't seen them. I can't see anything really." I thought for a sec. "Wait, who's in there with you?" "Um, it's either Masky or Jack. All I know is that he has a mask." Another idea popped into my head. "Wake him up." The box shook for a bit meaning that Toby was already trying to wake up whoever he was with. Then I heard Jack. Perfect! "Huh? What? Woah! What happened here?" I shouted. "No time to explain! Jack! Can you use your teeth to cut through the metal of the box?" "What?" "Just hurry!"
"You owe me for this." Then, I heard metal being crushed and I could see the shape of holes forming at the top of the box. I could see the face of Toby and Jack underneath. Through Toby's mask and goggles, I could see the smile on his face. Jack however was picking bits of metal from between his teeth. "Are you okay?" I asked Jack. "Do I look okay?" He and Toby stood up shakily. "Sorry about your teeth." He chuckled. "Don't worry about it. But you still owe me a heap." I laughed nervously. "So, where are we
anyways?" Me and Ben shrugged. "The others?" We shrugged again."Let's try looking for them." We turned our attention to the metal doors. It was a little rusty and it had a big valve attached to it. "Hey, it's one of those big turning doors." Toby placed his hands on the valve and tried to turn it. "It's real tight. I'm gonna need some help with this." Jack and Ben offered their assistance and placed their hands on the big valve as well. I joined in last. Together, we tried to turn it. It actually worked. We spun it around for a few times till we heard a loud clunk. The door suddenly opened. "Let's get out of here."
