Jack's P.O.V.
I thought about the note in my hands, thinking of why Slender would want us to eat at the main hall. What could it mean? Obviously, it has to be very serious. It could be that he's mad at us because of something. But what? Maybe he's not leaving after all! Maybe he changed his mind! No, that couldn't be it. What could it mean? What could it mean? "Uh, Jack?" I looked behind me to see Clockwork standing casually at the doorway. I hid the note in my pocket. "Clockwork! Um, why are you here?" I asked her. "Um, why are you here?" I stared at her. "Th-this is my room." She looked at me, realizing her mistake. "Oh, yeah. Sorry." She sat down beside me. "So, why are you here, Clock?" "Oh, just checking in on ya. You seem all worried about a little note." I chuckled. "Is it wrong? You don't think it's even a little weird?"

"Not really," she said, laying down on my bed. "All I can think about is you being our new leader."

"Do you have a problem with it?" I asked. "Well, it's just that you can be a little bit power-crazy when it comes to leading." I raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure? I don't recall ever being power crazy." She laughed. "Okay then. Try to recall every time you've led a mission." "I thought we were talking about that note." She stood up. "Don't try to avoid the question." I stood up as well. "I guess you're right. I can be a bit out of control at times." "Well, I'm leaving. Bye, Jack." I waved my hand at  her. After she left, I got the note out of my pocket. I just can't stop thinking about it...

-a few hours later-

Ben's P.O.V.
I was in my room, watching videos online. I didn't bother going inside my computer again. Don't want to upset Slender again or anything. Jeff left my room a few minutes ago to take a nap. Well, if we're going to eat at the main hall, I might as well get ready for it. I took a quick shower before getting dressed. I didn't have a suit or anything 'cause those are for nerds. I picked out a green jacket and matching jeans.

I put on my pointy hat before leaving my room. I checked the time on my watch. Dinner won't be for another hour. I thought about what to do with all this free time. I walked outside my room. Jack and Jeff were waiting for me. I could see that everyone had been preparing for dinner as well. Jack wore a fine coat with a white T-shirt underneath. Jeff wore a clean, white hoodie. "Hey, dudes. I see you also got fancied up for dinner."

"Yeah," Jack replied. "Tonight seems really important and we thought that we might as well dress properly." Jeff always had a permanent smile on his face, but I could still see how nervous he really was. "Jeff? You seem nervous." He cleared his throat a bit. "Y-yeah. This dinner thing is gonna be huge which most likely means that Slender would expect us to be our best.

"Nah. I'm pretty sure he just wants us to have a nice dinner tonight. Don't be so self-conscious about it. Everyone's already made a big enough deal about it. Why don't we just relax for a bit and stop worrying about all of this. You're already so pale, you could give Snow White a run for her money." Jack gave him a thumbs up. He flashed his trademark grin. "Thanks, guys." Jack patted his back. "So, what do you suggest we do now?"

Jeff's P.O.V.
"Why don't we go out of town for tonight?" Ben suggested. I shook my head. "Nah. Why don't we watch some good old-fashioned TV?" Jack disapproved. "Boring. Why don't we train for when we have another mission?" We spent the next few minutes suggesting ideas for what we should do in an hour. Wait, I mean we spent the next hour thinking of what to do. We heard the large grandfather clock in Slender's room chime. "What?! How is it already dinner time so fast?!" Ben exclaimed. "I think it's because of how long we've been filling each other's hollow brains with ideas of what to do to pass the time. Who would've thought that we passed time by thinking of what to do with it."

"We have to get to the main hall!" We dashed through several floors and hallways. The main hall was at the 1st floor of the mansion. We stopped when we saw two big, black doors. Other Creepypastas pushed through us to get inside. Me, Ben and Jack walked inside the room ourselves. Our mouths gaped in awe at the size of the gigantic room. None of us have been here in a long time. The last time any of us were here was when we had a new Creepypasta in the gang. The last one to become a member was Sally and that was a really long time ago.

"Man, I haven't been here in a long time!" Ben said, stretching out his arms. I marveled at the large room. "None of us have," I said. "I'm surprised that this thing stayed together after all those years." The main hall was a large room that was being held up by stone pillars. There were several paintings on the walls. In the middle of the room was a long and fancy table. The entire thing was painted gold. Slender was at the front seat of the table. He had no face but he didn't seem too happy.

Each of us took random seats at the table. Several kinds of foods lay in front of us. Each of our mouths were watering. I noticed some seats were empty. "Where's Masky and Hoodie?" I asked Slender. "They are on another mission." I nodded. "Okay. Now that almost all of us are here, we might as well start having dinner." Each of us ate as we pleased. I took a serving of soup and some ham. I saw Ben eating like a beast. "That is disgusting. Would you please slow down a bit?" He tore some meat off the leg. "I want to, but I can't. It's all so delicious." I was about to take a bite of my ham when I heard small footsteps in the room. I looked around before spotting a large German Shepherd enter the room. He had a pitch black coat of fur which had a few specs of blood. He had long, sharp claws and large teeth. He had a long smile on his face. His eyes were blood red.

"Smiley!" I exclaimed, recognizing my pet dog. He jumped in my arms. "Where have you been, boy?" He barked and yipped. "I had decided to invite Smiley in for dinner." Slender said. "Thanks, man!" Smile Dog licked my face. I set him down gently on the floor. I took a bite of my ham. "You may all continue dinner. I have a special announcement to make when you are all done." Slender watched us eat.

-5 minutes later-

Everyone loved their meal. "Best. Meal. Ever." Jack said. I completely agreed. Tonight can't possibly go wrong. Masky and Hoodie walked back in the room. Their clothes were completely stained in blood. "Woah, I am starving." Masky stated, taking off his mask for fresh air. "That was awesome! There were so many people at that party!" Hoodie jumped up and down. Both of them walked over and took their seats and began to gobble down on what was left of our meal.

Everyone was done eating. Slender stood up. "So, what's the big news this time, Slender?" He cleared his throat. "What I am about to say is very important...Zalgo is coming." Everyone gasped and some of us even jumped back a bit. "What?!" "I saw him yesterday. He said that he is coming for you. It turns out that I may not be leaving after all. He is a very powerful being. Even more powerful than me. I will be training you for the next few months." Each of us stayed silent. "Training will begin tomorrow. Good night." Slender teleported away from the main hall. "I guess there really is something that could ruin tonight after all.

We all walked to our rooms. Zalgo is coming. Nothing can stop him. He is coming. He is coming. He comes. Oh no.
