The Family That We Can't Get In

The Next Day

Ryan's POV
The next morning when I woke up she was already up. She wasn't next to me and when I called her name looking for her she wasn't there. So I stayed there. Until she came back about an hour later. "Sorry Kendall came in last night at like 3 in the morning and she climbed into my bed and I didn't want her to wake you up so I went with her back to her room and I fell asleep" "no problem" I said she acted like this was totally normal that I and stayed in her room with her last night until about 3 in the morning. Then my curiosoty got the best of me "so can you explain to me why you guys don't live in a house with your actual parents and in actual houses" she laughed "because that is what our family does to establish independence at the age of four you come out here to the field of the grandkids and you pick an apartment you paint it your favorite color so no one else can use it and you live out here with all of us" "so you guys have to fend for yourselves" "no we have all meals at grandma's house and she serves breakfast at about ten so if you miss it you get it delivered to you room and since grandma's house is about an acre away along with all our parents houses we each have our own gator even though only some of us use them or we all pile into one" she laughed at that "see my family is very different from everyone else but we are all gonna be ok the younger ones depend on the older ones which is why Kendall came in here she gets scared cause she has night mares if you go outside you'll see that all of our apartments form a big circle so she just walks acrossed the circle to get to me cause she has bonded more with me then the other girls" I smiled "your family is amazing" she giggled again then sat on the bed next to me. Why is she acting like she has known me for years this is weird. She smiled then said " you tell anyone what I just told you and you'll be swimming with the fishes nobody is allowed to come to this field from the party barn unless your with one of us and we are with you so don't come down here without me or my family will kill you" "ok" I said I wonder how she feels about me. She then pulled me up off the bed and said "come on we're gonna miss breakfast" we got on this six person gator and before she pulled out Aleigha Jarisa Kyla and Kendall all climbed on with us. Kendall sat between me and Chelsea she smiled at me as she sat down they all had their hair up in a bun on top of their head even Chelsea did this and they were all wearing shorts and tank tops. I was suprisded that they all looked so much alike and they all had on the same under armour slides. I think I'm going to like this but I was confused she is already letting me meet her family. This is different that's for sure. We get to the end of the trail and she crosses a river and then we are at this huge mansion all the little girls pile out into the house and Chelsea pulls me back for a few seconds "I don't usually stay for breakfast so just take a to go container and then we'll come back out here and go back to the room" "how are all your little cousins going to get back to their rooms" " Shayla and Delaney usually bring two gators down here and then ride back in one because the little girls always ride with me it's fine or Jared will take them back he is always the last one here at breakfast" we went up made our plates and then we went back down to the gator. When we got in she said to put our food in the little basked in the middle of the seats and then she told me to sit in the middle seat so I was closers to her and then she said that we weren't going back to her room that she was taking me somewhere and then Kendall came down and said that she wanted to go with us so she pushed me back too the passenger side and then took  the middle seat she could have sat in the back but nope she sat in between us in the front. We went on this other trail that lead to this massive tree house it was four stories tall when Kendall got out she ran inside. " We won't see her until the other girls show up" "why where did she go" I asked "she went to the 10 and under floor" "what are the floors on this thing" she then explained "the bottom floor is the family slash toddler floor and then the next floor is 10 and under then there is 11 through 18 and then there's the 18 and older floor" " so why are their different age floors" "the floor determines the types of game you can play the bottom floor is where we have birthday parties but the rest of it is like Dave and Busters or Chucky Cheeses their full of games and stuff so we can eat our breakfasts and then play some games it's like a big arcade" now I was excited why is she so perfect and so rich so we ate breakfast well I ate some breakfast she ate a cinnamon roll which isn't a full breakfast but that's all she ate then we played air hockey she creamed me at that and then we played some other games and after I beat her at bowling she hugged me and then I pulled her in and just went for it and kissed her she kissed back. "Woah someone's become confident all of the sudden" she said and I blushed I felt like a thirteen year old with his first girlfriend all over again but she wasn't my girlfriend we weren't even friends I don't know what we are. We stayed at that tree house for the rest of the day then I had to go back home because Rose called and asked where i was.
