Chapter 14

Chloe's pov:
I was done being sad. I mean if Jacob wants to believe lies about me and cheat on me that's fine. Who would want to date an irrelevant, rude pig anyway?
I wanted ice cream so I walked to the store and bought 2 tubs of ice cream to eat until I'm numb. I called the girls over so we can a have a girls night.
The doorbell rang and they were all there. "Hey guys." I said. "What's wrong?" Olivia said. "Let's go upstairs, I'll tell you the whole story" I said.
We went up to my room and I started talking. "Jacob cheated on me with Brooke. She told him a lie about me saying I cheated on him with Mark." I said. "Did you cheat?" Amanda said. "Heck no. I love Jacob" did I just say I love Jacob? I guess I did.
  "Wait, you love Jacob?" Lauren said. "I don't really know, he really hurt me and plus.." I couldn't even finish. "Plus what?" Amanda said. "I broke up with him. He seemed really hurt but now he knows how I feel." I said. "That jerk is gonna get it on Monday!" Olivia said loudly.
  "Let's invite Mark and Hunter over. They should know." I said. "Okay I'll text them." Lauren said.
  They came over shortly after Lauren texted them. I told them what happened. "That's why he's mad at me." Mark said.
Marks pov:
  I don't know why Jacob believes Brooke. She's known for making up lies and ruining people's lives. I'm gonna call Jacob and explain everything.
The call
Jacob- what now?
Mark- that's all a lie
Jacob- the Chloe cheating on me thing. Pretty sure that isn't a lie.
Mark- it's lie. Do you really think that we would hurt you like that.
Jacob- I've seen the way you two look at each other. How you guys text all the time and how you guys sit together on the bus. Have fun with her.
Mark- whatever believe what you want just know that your best friend and ex girlfriend are gonna have fun without you.
  I hung up before he could say anything. Jacob never acts like this. He's been my best friend for years but now I don't know what to do.
