RECAP: 

"You killed someone's brother?" I asked with tears in my eyes.

"Yes but only because he was a bad person" He said whipping the tears off my face. "He was a very bad person"

"What did he do?" I asked.

"He raped a girl, and the girl was a sister to one of the guys in our gang" He said " But for know go to bed okay, i'll speak to you tomorrow about it"

"Okay" i replied and headed upstairs to get ready for bed." 

*Next day* 

Val's POV 

After the conversation last night with Michael, I couldn't sleep. My brother is a criminal and is working for some douchebag named Luke. I looked at the clock on my nightstand to check the time. 06:52 a.m.

"Brilliant" i said to myself and decided to get up and get ready for school. After my usual morning routine, i went downstairs to be greeted by a very tired looking Michael.

"Hey, why are you awake? You still have an hour before we leave." he id looking at me confused.

"I just woke up early and couldn't fall back asleep" I replied making myself some breakfast.

"Ohh okay, so about yesterday" he started.

"What about yesterday?" 

"How do you feel about all of that?"

"Well, considering my brother is a criminal and sells drugs for living, I'm pretty good." I replied with a sarcastic tone. 

"I'm not a criminal and you should be lucky because if i didn't do what I'm doing now, we could've been dead by now!." He replied a little angry, but i don' blame him as I called him a criminal. Not going to lie his words did shut me up. After our parents death we were broken and needed money. So i guess he's got a point. 

Before I could reply, I got interrupted by the doorbell. "Who the hell is knocking at this time of the day?" Michael said walking to the front door with me following behind like a lost puppy.

"Michael, we've got a problem a big one." Calum said right after Michael opened the front door. 

"Can it wait, I have to take Val to school" He replied 

"No actually, your sister is involved in it too." He said with a little worried look.

"WHAT?!" both me and Michael screamed.

"What do you mean I'm involved in it?" I asked a little angry.

"It's him Michael, he wants revenge and he knows about Valerie." Calum said. 

After what Calum said Michael's face changed from worried to angry. What does he mean by 'he know about me'. 

"What do you mean? Who knows about me?" I asked a little nervous. However I was ignored by both of them. They started to talk about this guy that knows about me and apparently his name is Kyle. I don't even know what is happening now, all i heard was a name Luke and that they should tell him. 

Luke. I wonder if it's the same Luke i met in School.. Well it couldn't be because he is younger than Mickey. I got taken away from my thoughts by Michael who told me he'll take me to school and after take me to get my car. Oh how i missed driving in my beast.

*Skipping the drive* 

"I'll pick you up at 2:25, is that okay?" Michael asked.

"Yeah I mean i finish at 2 but yeah that's fine too." i replied getting out of the car and entering the shit-hole.
