"How did I get in the bedroom, anyways" i asked,

"10k carried you up to the bed room, when you passed out on the porch, you didn't look comfortable" my mum said looking at 10k then back at me. I could feel my face heat up.

"Oh, thanks. I hope I wasn't too heavy for you to life" I said playing with my fingers.

"Naaaaa, you were actually pretty light" he smiled.

The truck came to a stop, I looked over to the the place we had stopped.

"Everyone, split up and look for supplies, meet back in an hour!"

Me- My mother -Zac
Addy- Mack

We split up and went our different ways..

"Let's go over and check the supermarket, then we will cut back across to the pharmacy we just passed, then get a few shot on the way back to the truck" I said as my mum and I made our way to the shop, i stood with my crossbow, while my mum banged on the door causing noise, 3 walkers came, I killed on with my arrow, before getting the other 2 will my knife. We made noise again, but nothing, we headed into the shop, and my mum grabbed a basket I looked at her.
"Really?" I asked looking around to the almost empty shop
"What, I need something to carry all my stuff in.." She smiled before disappearing into the isle, me and Zac made our way to the opposite side of the shop, before heading down the first isle, alcohol.. I didn't drink, but maybe one bottle wouldn't hurt, I quickly grabbed a bottle of whiskey and vodka. We headed to the next isle and it was bottles of water, my eyes lit up, like a kid at a theme park, I rushed over and grabbed the 5 big bottles of water that was there.

After the scope out of the shop, my mum and I both met up at the door, she managed to find, toilet paper, pads, toothbrushes and tooth paste, shower stuff, razors (for when we get to actually have a shower) I got, my secret bottles of alcohol, water, some cans of foods such as beans, macaroni, spaghetti, and some other foods..

"Let's head for the pharmacy now" my mum smiled before heading off to our next stop..

"Right, same thing, I'll stand and you make noise, I'll get the Z's if there is any" I told mum and she smiled,

We were in the shop, there was a lot of pills and medicine, I was thankful for it..
"Look at you, all grown up" my mum spoke, I was busy getting the medicine from behind the counter and she was on the other side, I loved my mum, after all the things we've been through, she was with me know.
I put the last box of pills in my bag, as I was staring to get up, I heard Zac growl, and my mum scream. I bounced to my feet, and I saw it, a Z sinking their teeth into my mums neck, it felt like it was going in slow motion. I grabbed my sword and shoved it right through the Z's head. Once I jumped over the counter, I feel to my knees, picking up my mums head and setting it on my knee, tears streaming down my face.
"I'm.. Sorry... I... I.. Let you and your... Sister down" she coughed out,
"Mum, shhh, it's alright, I love you" I cried even more
"I love you to-" that was it her last breath as a human, I quickly gave her mercy, then pierced her brain.. I crawled back, and leaned against the shelf and screamed, not caring if any off the zombies got me, I have lost everyone.

I sat there for what felt like hours, but it wasn't.. I sat there until 10K found me and my Mothers death body
