Warning: This chapter may include a lot of cheesiness. Feel free to ignore this chapter, it's just me being really weird and emotional.
Ok, so what I'm about to say is something that many many people have said before but I'm going to say it again to emphasize it.
I honestly think that our fandom is one of the best fandoms to be a part of.
Correction: THE best fandom
And it's got nothing to do with the show. Maybe it's because the fandom is a lot smaller than others like Harry Potter or Percy Jackson (which some of us are also part of) or maybe it's just to do with the fact that everyone else here is just so sweet. (Mainly the second one.) Either way, I love how close we all are. Almost everyone knows almost everyone else, simply by bonding over others fanfics or bonding over tags that we do (nobody will EVER forgot the 100 questions tag!)
We all stand up for each other. I mean, think about how many haters we have had. We always stood by each other. In fact, we've even managed to change some of the haters and we've managed to actually get them to become nicer people. Honestly, I don't know about everyone else but I don't think 'internet friends' is a very good way to describe us. To me, we're kinda like family. Especially when any of us have problems that we need to share.
Personally, I love this fandom mainly because my online friendships are so much better than the ones I have offline. You guys are literally the best friends that I never had offline. I guess the main reason that I'm writing all this is to let you all know how much I love you guys! I kinda realized the other day that if something was to happen to anyone on Wattpad (And I'm hoping that nothing ever will) none of us would know. I mean, we'd just lose contact with them. Additionally, if someone was to leave (like many people that have), we wouldn't talk to them anymore. We all know that we're probably not going to be on here forever, when we get older we'll have other things to worry about which is why I wanted to say all this now. You know what they say "all good things come to an end" but hopefully this one won't end for AGES. (Sorry, that was depressing. I actually felt like crying while writing that. To cheer yourself up feel free to think about Diego in a beanie- a wonderful reference from Leen's preference book)
I really want to get to know all of my online friends in real life cuz let's face it, if we all met we'd totally be squad goals (even though it would be a massive squad). I guess we are fandom goals on Wattpad.
So yeah, in short, thanks for being the best fandom ever! I don't know what I'd do without you.
I just realized how cheesy this is but oh well...that's just who I am.
