Y/n Point of View:
I went to my room and put my binder on my desk, and went down stairs where my mom, step-dad, and brother was sitting on the couch and love seat. Everybody got up and walked to the door," Y/n, we're going to the animal shelter, so come on." my mother said walking out the door. We all got into the car, my mom and dad sitting up front, me and my brother in the back seat. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the animal shelter. We all walked in, we heard howls and whimpers of the dogs. My mother pointed out a yappy little dog," Look y/n, he look's so adorable." " No mom, no." Rick and my dad just looked around, not looking for anything in particular. I saw this black and white cat, he looked up at me with clear ocean blue eyes. I bent down in front of his cage," Hi buddy..... you look so cute..." " Y/n where are you? Are you with your brother?" " I'm right here mom! " I yelled. " Oh..."
Third Person Point Of View:
Y/N'S mother looked down at the cat she was petting " y/n stop touching that thing!" Her mother yelled at her " Why? There's nothing wrong with him, he's just a cat." " Dad they're at it again; everyone is staring to," said Y/n's brother, Rick. " Okay you two, stop, your 'causing a commotion. Just let her get the cat honey, he won't 'cause us as much trouble as Lexie does. " y/n's dad told her mother. " But it's a cat and I don't like cats!" Her mother said. " To bad I'm going to get him; I'm going to get someone to unlock his cage." Y/n left and came back with someone to unlock the kitties cage. " So yeah, I would like to adopt that black and white cat over there." She said, the person unlocked the cage and the kitty came right up to her leg and rubbed his head oh it. She picked him up and the kitty purred and put his head in the creck of her neck.
