Chapter 8: The "Double Date" Planning

8:00 P.M.

Baekhyun P.O.V.

"Are you okay? You look dazed."

Chanyeol kept shaking me until I snapped out of my trance.

"I'm fine. don't worry about me."

I smiled to let him know I was fine. I was but I am still stunned when she accepted the flower and said she valued me too but I'm still not sure about my feelings. I love her but I really like Soojung. I don't know what to do. Maybe I should invite Soojung on a date at that one coffee shop. Yeah that's what I'll do.

We soon arrived at the restaurant a huge meal was ordered for us. I can't help but keep my eyes on Soojung. She's so kind and pretty. Kai sat by her and it looked like they were having a good conversation. When Soojung would look up, she would look at me and smile. I smiled back and kept eating. I wanted to talk but I couldn't. Every time she looked at me, I froze. Very few times, I could actually compose myself and say something. I get butterflies when she looks at me. But no matter how many times I try to forget, she reminds me of her, my impossible crush.

Kai's P.O.V.

I didn't know Soojung and Yura took some dance lessons  when she was in school as electives. Apparently it was the one elective she considered fun out of the other four the school offered. She said she was one of the top students in her class.

"You two should come practice with me and Lay hyung." I turned to him and he nodded happily. "We can do it in the morning so we can practice for a bit and then the members will arrive later to join us."

"That sounds great. Especially since we don't have work tomorrow," Soojung replied cheerfully. She looked at Yura and Yura smiled.

She looks so cute when she's cheerful. I hope she'll like spending time with me.

"I'll text you later about what time would be best because this is so sudden. I'm not completely sure yet but we might have to do some things beforehand."

"Oh, thats okay. I think we have a few things of our own we have to take care of."

I went back to eating my food but looked up because I felt a pair of eyes on me. Baekhyun was looking my way but he was looking at Soojung or daydreaming again. He's been doing that constantly. I kinda feel bad for hyung. He doesn't do it very often. I mean it does happen sometimes but now more than usual. Something must be troubling him. I'll ask him later. He must have a lot in his had.

Yura's P. O. V.

I sat between Lay and Luhan. I was getting a bit uncomfortable because Luhan kept flirting with me. He didn't hear about the plans for tomorrow I had with Lay, Soojung, and Kai. He was talking to the other members

I guess its gonna be a double date. Soojung must be so happy.

Lay turned to me and whispered, "I was planing our date somewhere else but since they brought that up, we can change it to this if you want. "

"Yeah that would be good because I don't work tomorrow like Soojung said. I think they will have fun themselves too."

"They would make a cute couple. They have a lot in common and you can tell they really like like each other by the way they act. If only Kai would confess already. I think he'll do it soon though."

"He probably will. But personally I think they are more of a sexy couple than the cute couple. We're the cute couple oppa," I said, batting my eyes.

"Awww you're so cute! I guess you're right jagi."

He just called me jagi!!! Did I hear that correctly? Am I in heaven?

I laughed and gave him a side hug. This dinner was a blast.

10:00 P.M.

After we were finished eating we went back to the SM Building. Me and Soojung went to get our things and were about to leave. The boys said they would head home later since they had to do a quick practice. We waved at them as we were leaving and Kai suddenly yelled to Soojung.

"I'll text you guys later!!!"

We nodded and went out through the back.

"I'll drive you home. Its a bit late and I don't want you getting home late or kidnapped."

It was a short drive since she lived close. We got to her place and I got out to pick up some equipment I left at her house one day. Then I realized I ran out of gas.

"Wow you have got to be kidding me...look at the gas meter."

"Haha we don't work tomorrow. Plus you can sleep over and we'll take my car in the morning to get gas."

"Oh yeah, I forgot. Thanks so much Soojung. You're a lifesaver."

We decided to watch Netflix before going to bed and then Soojung got a phone notification. It showed a picture of Kai. She was in the kitchen getting snacks.

He must be texting her to let her know the time to be in the practice room.

"Soo, its your jagi!!!," I yelled at her, looking at my own phone. She knows who I'm talking about.

"Very funny Yura. He's not my jagi."

"You mean not yet hahahaha. I'm kidding. You know I like giving you a hard time. But yeah I'm sure he likes you. Why wouldn't he? His eyes sparkle when he looks at you. You two already act like a couple."

"Okay okay chill. Pass me my phone. I wanna see what he said."

I gave it to her and she read it out loud.

To Soojung: Hey Soo I just wanted to let you know that me and Lay have decided on what time we should start but we wanted to reach a compromise of what time is best for the both of us. We can start at 7 A.M. What do you two think?

"Tell him yes. That's fine with me Soo and you?"

To Kai: Yeah that's a good time. Me and Yura agree. We'll meet you there at 7 then.

To Soojung: Thanks for letting me know so soon. I look forward to it. Thanks for accepting to come. I hope you sleep well. Dream of me ^^ Good night Soo <3

"OMG IS THAT A HEART? AND HE SAID DREAM OF ME~~~ HOW SWEET~ HE'S TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH YOU~ WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? SAY SOMETHING SWEET BACK," I couldn't help controlling my emotions. OMG SO CUTE~

To Kai: Okay I'll dream of you oppa...that is if you dream of me hahaha. Sleep well.

To Soojung: I'm always dreaming of you ^^
