Chapter 5: The Time Change

Soojung's P.O.V.

After I got up at 6:00 A.M., I did the usual errands, walked my dog, and cleaned the house. I pulled out an ice cream sandwich from the fridge and flipped through the channels to see if there was anything good on. Then my phone buzzed.

*Buzzzzz Buzzzzz*

To Soojung: Sorry for the change of schedule Soojung but we have to move the dinner to 5:00 P.M.. Can you still make it?
To Baekhyun: Yes I can Baekhyunnie. :) 7:30 does seem pretty late right?
To Soojung: Yeah I does. Anyways, could you inform your friend too? The members are very excited to meet her. What is her name?
To Baekhyun: Her name is Kim Yura and yes I will inform her right away.
To Soojung: Kamsahamnida~ See you later Soojungie~ :)

Ah~ jinjja~ Baekhyun oppa is really cute even through text messages.

I found Yura in my contacts list and called her.

Y: Yeoboseyo~?
S: Eonni!
Y: Soojung what's up? and sorry to rush you but could you make thia quick. I have to finish this project real soon then I can have the rest of the day off.
S: Ne Yura eonni. Baekhyun just texted me that he moved dinner to 5:00 P.M. and he's curious if you can still make it. The EXO members want to meet you.
Y: Really...they want to meet me?
S: Yes eonni now can you make it or not?
Y: Yes I can. I'll be at your house at 4:30 P.M.
S: Okay. I'll wait for you then. Bye~!
Y: Bye!

*End of Phone Call*

4:30 P.M.

I just finished dressing and blo mwdrying my hair. Its very curly but still slightly wet but thats fine. I picked out a red dress with some black heels and grabbed the red earrings that I bought yesterday.

*Knock Knock Knock*

Who could it be? Hopefully it's Yura and not Baekhyun yet. She's not here yet. It better be her.

Yes, it was Yura. She looks so pretty with her straightened hair. She walked in and sat on the couch. She was going to grab a cookie when she asked if I knew what Baekhyun moved the dinner to earlier. I told her I didn't know, that the most probable answer was they had to do something after.

*Knock Knock Knock Knock Knock*

Immediately, Yura jumped up and started fangirling quietly, trying to compose herself and preparing to see the EXO members and remain calm. She stopped and took deep breaths instantly.I went to open the door and saw Baekhyun standing in front of me smiling.

Baekhyun: Hi Soojung! You look ready nice. Are you ready? Where is your friend?
Soojung: Thank you Baekhyun. You look really nice too. Yes I am ready and she is right here. YURA EONNI!

Yura came out from behimd the oppen door and stood next to me with a smile. She greeted him trying to keep calm. I grabbed my bag, locked the door, and walked to the van. It was very quiet. There were no one outside at the time. The van door opened revealing the EXO-K members. Suho was driving and D.O. was in the passanger seat. Chanyeol, Sehun, and Kai were at the very back and there was a row that would be occupoed by Baekhyun, me and Yura. They all looked at us and smiled. First Yura got in, followed by me and Baekhyun. Yura introduced herself as soon as the car started moving. The members then proceeded to just talk to one another. I could feel that someone was staring at me. I could see Baekhyun staring at me from the corner of my eye.When I was turning my head to look at him, he looked away quickly looked down. He pulled out his phone and said the the members from EXO-M were on their way to the restaurant now. I looked behind Baekhyun and saw Kai was also looking at me. I smiled at him and looked back to the front. It was pretty far so we entertained ourselves with music and just talking. I started to talk to Baekhyun about what happened that day that I bumped into him to make things a little less comfortable and he said it was fine and if it didn happen that we never would have met. He blushed after saying that.

Ah~ Baekhyun is so cut and so sweet. He keeps smiling at me. I wonder if he likes me.

Yura seemed to be enjoying playing I Spy with Chanyeol and Sehun. Time went by so quickly evwn though we went through the whole SHINee Everybody album. We finally arrived at the restaurant. We all got out and went inside. We were led to the elevator to the third floor. It had red curtains and chandeliers. A true masterpiece indeed. We were also welcomed immediately by the other members. I greeted them normally like beore then I introduced Yura to the rest of the members. She was very shy narurally. She got the hang of it with the EXO-K members. We sat down, ordered our food and just talked away.

So sorry this was a little late and short I feel. Please bear with me readers. I have been so busy in school. I have to sudy a lot because I don't wanna fail. It is really really hard and tiring. Sorry again.
