When your mom HellaBrendon tags you...
This is supposed to be a gender tag... but I'm cis so that's not going to work. Which means I'm changing this to a sexuality tag, but if I tag you you can do whatever you want.
Ok, let's get started.
What is your sexuality?
I identify as a Pansexual.
Cool, what does that mean?
Pansexuality is the attraction to all genders, so it doesn't matter whether you identify as cis, trans, or genderfluid, I love pretty much everything.
Do you have any preferences? Like, do you like girls more or guys more?
Umm kinda yeah. When it comes to guys I always found myself to be attracted to them more sexually than emotionally, where as girls and genderfluid it's always been more of an emotional connection, then I start to develop physical attraction as well.
When did you start questioning your sexuality?
Oh boy...
It wasn't until I was 14, that I realized that I wasn't completely straight. Growing up, I lived in a Catholic/Mormon home and my parents had taught me from early on that the Bible stated a man could only ever love a woman and vice versa, anything else was deemed sinful and hell worthy. They also told me people who had "gay" were sick and needed help or else they couldn't go to Heaven when they died. As a little kid, that had a huge effect on me, because the idea of Hell was absolutely terrifying. Being taught those ideals all my life sort of delayed my realization that I was pan.
Have you come out to friends and family? What was their reactions?
Family wise I only told my sisters, they're ok with it, but they think it's some weird phase. I'm really scared to tell anyone else in my family, because when I came out to them as an Atheist they didn't take it so well. However, all my friends know about my orientation. I remember my bestie was ecstatic because there was finally another "rainbow child" in the group group. So, needless to say, they're really ok with me being gay.
And... that's a wrap! But before I end this, let me tag 10 of my lovely followers;
OK bye ♡♡♡
