CHAPTER #14

Azura's P.O.V

"A charity event? Tomorrow?" I sighed as I said into my phone.

"Yeah, I tried to tell you before but either your phone was switched off or I was busy or you were busy. I'm sorry to inform you this late doll." Aunt Cherry said.

It's not I don't like the charity events or anything, its just that wanted a break. I mean I have been busy each day since the school started and I had thought at least this Saturday I'd get to lay on my bed all day and watch movies or do something lazy.

I hadn't got the chance to talk to Aunt Cherry even after my mom informed me that she wanted to talk to me on Tuesday and I had been so busy and tired due to the soccer practice and school work that it was already Friday evening today and now I finally got the chance.

"All the crew and cast of your new movie are going to be there, the producer did say that all the cast members should be there to promote the movie." Aunt Cherry continued.

"All right" I said finally giving in.

"Good. So it's a red carpet event and it starts at 6 p.m. so I along with your stylist and makeup artist will be there by 2 p.m. okay?"

"Okay..." I drawled lazily.

"Okay, night doll." She said and hung up the phone.

I sighed and belly flopped on my bed. Getting glamoured up for that party was going to be as equivalent to getting ready for a queen's ball or something. And all I wanted was a quiet Saturday with my movies.

"What happened to you? We thought you would come back after the phone call not leave us at the pool and come and sleep in your room." Crystal heard her say as she came in my room, sat on my bed and ruffled my head. My face was buried on one of my fluffy pillows.

"You okay right? Who was the call from?" I heard Tiffany's voice this time.

"the brive" my muffled voice came out.

"The what?" They both said together confused.

I raised my head a little bit from my pillow and repeated myself, "the bride"

"Oh...wait who?" Crystal asked confused again. I hadn't old her yet about aunt Cherry's wedding.

"Oh is she moving up the date of the wedding? When is it? Where is it? Did your bride's maid dress get ruined? is that why you are sad?" Tiffany started to ramble as she came and sat in front of me.

"Who bride and what bride's maid? Who is getting married?"Crystal said still confused.

Excited as she already was, Tiffany explained Crystal the whole story.

"so what was the phone call about." One of them asked, I didn't know who as my head was still buried in my pillow but it seemed like Crystal.

I flipped myself over and looking at the canopy of my bed I told them about the event tomorrow.

Tiffany stood up all of a sudden when I mentioned that the whole cast of my recent movie would be there. She looked at me and was grinning at me with wide eyes.

"What are you doing? It's creepy" Crystal stole the words from my mouth. Then Tiffany looked at her, trying to tell her something through her eyes.

As realization hit her, Crystal stood up and she started grinning at me too.

"Guys, what has gotten into you both?" I asked them confused as I sat up on my bed.

"the whole cast is going to be there right?" Crystal asked me excitedly.
