Chapter #19

Azura's P.O.V

"ow," I accidentally knocked my broken boned hand on the glass table.

He hurriedly threw his books down and came and examined my hand. "You okay? How bad is your pain? Should I call the others in?Do you need to go to a doctor? I can go start the car."

"dude, you are really freaking me out, are you really fine?" I placed my good hand on his shoulder.

He smiled at me. Not a smirk or a grin he actually smiled. "why do you keep doing that? Yes I am perfectly fine. Will you please stop asking me that because I should be the one asking that to you. And the reason you are freaking out isn't because of me, its because of your fingers. Seriously though are you okay?"

"yeah I am fine. I just  accidentally knocked these broken bones. Its not a big deal you don't have to call the others in or call the doctor about it but I must admit this is weird, I'm not used to this side of you Archer. I always thought you were the cold and ruthless." I said while he held my hand with the broken fingers.

He scrunched up he eye brows and said," what are you talking about? cold and ruthless? I've always been warm and fuzzy."

I purse my lips, tilt my head to one side and raise one of my eyebrow at him, disbelieving his words.

Archer starts to chuckle and says, "you are right, I couldn't even put that up for even a  second. I am so not "warm & fuzzy" I'm exactly opposite of that." He starts laughing my hands still on his."lets get back to our work aey? It just been ten minutes that we started to work on it and here you are knocking you hands on glass tables, trying to make excuses so that I will do all the work" he said and finally let to go of my hand.

"now this the is Archer I know. Didn't I tell you earlier today to not to go back to the weird way and there you were  doing the same thing again." I tell him and he rolls his eyes at me.

Auro,Tiffany, Cormack and Crystal were at the pool. As they had no work unlike me and Archer, there we having fun and playing games, Auro and Crystal vs Cormack and Tiffany . It was like watching two couple on their double date.

I had invited Crystal and Cormack to my house as well because I felt bad and guilty. Bad for Crystal because of her whole phone loosing drama in the morning along with that she had been working so hard lately and after finishing all her wok assignment today, I thought it would be best for her to get a break so I invited her, This turned out to be a good idea because,she was was the one who initiated the pool game.

I felt guilty about Cormack because I got mad at him for no reason, even though he doesn't know anything that went down, I felt the need to apologize to him and this was my way of doing that. He didn't have football practice so he was here right now but wouldn't be able to stay the night over because he had to babysit his little brother while his parents went out.

I wanted to invite Garnet and for Crystal's sake, Madison as well. But Garnet, like me had some assignment due tomorrow , making her busy and Madison was a whole another puzzle. She asked me if I was inviting Rome as well. I had told Rome about the sleepover but he didn't want to come when he heard Archer would be there too. It felt like the two of them have some issues that is a well kept secret from me. When I told Madi that Rome wasn't coming, she didn't want to come either.

Earlier today, after the school ended, I was waiting at the parking lot, in front of my car for the rest of my party to arrive so that we could leave for my house. Tiffany was the first one to arrive, only to leave me again because she was here just to tell me that she was coming with Cormack in his car.
