Chapter 15 First Day Of School

" Wake up !" Luke shouts and pulls of my blanket .

" Hey ! " I shout , and pull the blanket back .

" Get your lazy ass up ! " He says . I get up and pick up my phone . It read 7 :03 .

" Why did you wake me up so early . It's only 7 . " I groaned .

" You're going to school today . " He said and crossed his arms .

" What ?! Oh yeah , I totally forgot about it ." I said a rubbed my forehead .

" Yeah well you know now , so GET YOUR BUTT UP ! " He shouted .

" Okay , okay , I'm up ! . " I huffed and jumped of the bed .

" Okay , I'm out ." Luke says and closes the door behind him .

I groaned .

Let's just get this over with .

I went to the bathroom and striped of my clothes . Took a fast shower and brushed my teeth .

Hm , what to wear , what to wear .

I picked out a short - sleeved blue romper and a pair of navy blue sneakers . I comb my hair and let it down .

I grabbed my new bag near the door and rushed down the stairs . 

" Good morning , here's your breakfast . " Ariana says and passes me a bowl of cereal . 

" Thanks . " I say and start eating the cereal . 

" Better eat fast , you're almost late . " Ariana says and checks her watch .

" Ok . " I say . 

After 5 minutes , I finish my breakfast and Ariana tells me to wait for her in the car . I walk to the car and  open the door to the passenger seat . I sit down and put on my seatbelt . 

Then it hit me , it's my first day of school . It's gonna be like Angelina all over again . 

I was about to tell Ariana I couldn't do it but before I could , she was already in the car cheerfully talking . 

" It's gonna be great ! " She exclaimed . 

" Yeah , sure . " I mumbled under my breath .

Ariana turns on the car and start driving down the driveway .

The school was still huge to me . The younger children play on the playground happily . The moms bringing their children into the school . It was great . But I didn't feel as excited as I was before .

" Okay , so Jai will pick you up after school . I have a meeting with Scooter but I'll be back around 15 minutes after you're back . 

" Okay . " I say . "Bye" 

" By the way , go to Principle Collister's office first . " She tells . " Bye." 

I nod and bid her goodbye . I walk to the entrance of the school . Finding the principle's office was easy , since I've been there before . 

I knock the door and open it . 

" Ah , Alexa . Good to see you . " He greets me . 

" You too . " I reply him . 

" So , class is starting in 10 minutes . Here are you keys to your locker and also in case you are late , here's your late slip . " He tells me . 

" Okay , thanks a lot . " I say and head to the door . 

" Hope you enjoy your first day of school . " My grand uncle tells me .
