Umair's POV
The room was bright, the curtains were drawn, and yet the pain throbbed in my head. I didn't know what had happened, but this was the first time I experienced such discomfort. I shifted my pillow and blinked away the sleep. In the corner of my bed sat Tiny, waiting patiently for me to wake up.
"Assalamualaikum, Nana! Your tea is ready... Tadaaaa!" she announced with her sweet voice, a melody that made me feel really pleasant.
"Walaikumsalam, my sweet Tiny. Ashh, I didn't expect you to be here. I thought Farhan wouldn't call you. Hmm, whatever, just give me my tea!" I pulled the cup from her hand, drinking it down without even gargling.
"You are such a greedy fellow! Greedy men should get themselves ready and come out. Your friends are here," she said, already moving toward the door.
"Okay, little madame. I'll be down in 10 minutes," I giggled, placing the tea cup on the little table by my bedside.
I grabbed my towel, refreshed myself, and slipped on my black t-shirt and white three-quarters. After brushing my hair into the messy style that Tiny always loved, I spritzed on some perfume and headed out, ready to face the day.
"Assalamualaikum, dudes! Sorry for being late," I greeted Rizwan and my friends, who were watching a film.
"Haha... Hey man, let it go! We just got here, so what's with the formalities? Maybe your headache has turned you into a drama queen," Sameer laughed. He's a good friend of mine—though not as close as Farhan, who's my best mate. Other than Rizwan, the rest of them were my gang, so I had to look out for hi
"Hmm may be it did.. But it was not for you dumbs but for Rizwan.. So the guys in my sentence meant to be Rizwan.. " I said to make up my words. Hitting him with the cushion which was on my seat.
Tiny had left and we had our meal and had some chit chat and Rizwan had already explained the boys of it and I felt not to talk about it again. So whenever Rizwan started apologizing I started for a new title. As allah is the most forgiving Im nothing compared to him. And the boys left at 6.00 after a film and a tea made by themself. Rizwan pulled me to a hug and said his salams. He is such a good guy but I understood that his friends used him still I didnt want to say anything.
I sat on my seat while Farhan joined "hey Rizwan and dudes left some money though I said you and me would take care of it.. Check that envelope " Farhan told pointing to the envelope on the showcase by the boofers.
"It would be helpful.. As I felt hard to request that lot of money from brother and its his hard days. " I opened the cover and there was 3 Quater of the amount. I felt much relieved.
"Hey why dont we leave out from this place. I really feel irritated ... " I stood looking at Farhan.
"What if I say no? " he demanded making him sit more comfortable on his seat.
"I would make you stand " I raised my left eyebrow
"Arghhh can you ah ah" he started for punches.
"Man... You need fight huh? Cmon man get up and touch me if u can" I teased
"Do u think I cant you little shit.. "He stood up folding his long sleeves
"Hahaha man you stood and I won " I laughed and laughed and he joined
"Idiot I didnt realize.. You won and I gave up ahhh. Little kid.. " he giggled and we walked out with a silence.
"Hey do you feel the same? " farhan questioned.
"What kind of feeling? " I looked at hia face.
