She-Wolf

I was born a she-wolf, that's my reality
I decided my path, a constant activity
To question my nature was no abnormality
To yield to your kind was surely absurdity

One by one, I usurped their authority
To stand up to me, none had the audacity
Bend to my will or leave, I stated for clarity
They didn't mean much, statistics showed their constant availability

For each, my growl ensured conformity
But that did not give them the needed continuity
On their toes they remained, thanks to my creativity
They always came to worship like I was some deity

You came along and I couldn't deny your desirability
As a potential mate, it was clear to see your eligibility
For once in my life I considered equality
But somehow, even that fell to your superiority

I heard your growl and purred at its familiarity
What just happened? Did I really sense my femininity?
Haven't I always considered that an impossibility?
Or is being your Luna my destined inevitability?
