Jasmines POV

I arrived at my apartment. Darkness filled the place until I turned the lights on. *click* I couldn't stop thinking about how Ness would think I would do something like that. Maybe I was being to harsh...Ugh. I placed myself on the couch and turned on the TV. I couldn't pay attention. I decided to call Ness.

*ring ring*

"Hello?"

"Im sorry, Ness. I don't know why I got so angry."

"No I'm sorry. I know you wouldn't do anything like that."

"Thanks. What do I do about her?"

"Just ignore her, Im sure Niall will get a new phone and disconnect that one. She can't bother you...or him." I sighed in relief and took a deep breath.

"Okay."

"Hey jasmine. How would you feel....about meeting Niall in...Texas."

"Umm...I mean isn't that supposed to be our time and our family time."

"JASMINE. I see you almost everyday! It's not like you're going to live with him. Just maybe a date or two."

My face turned a bright rose red. My lips opened a little then curled into a smile.

"A....a date?" She laughed a bit.

"I um....I would love that!" I clapped my hands together and cheered.

"You can't mention this to Niall. I know he would want to ask you himself."

"I won't, I promise. Did he say he want to go on a date."

"Can't give you anymore information. You are just going to have to wait."

"How long?" I tapped my finger on the counter.

"Who knows. Only Niall.........Jasmine, these things take time. Especially a guy like him. He can't just rush into a relationship. 1. He's busy. 2. It's hard for him to trust people. Well at least I would think. I mean girls could use him for anything they wanted to. You need to show him you aren't one of those girl. Because You and I know you aren't." I sighed and thought about it. She's right I can't try to rush him into anything. If I really liked him I would take it slow and give him space.

"Okay. Thanks Ness. You are really helpful with everything."

"No problem." I smiled and then changed the subject.

"So, what's up with you and Harry." She laughed and then caught her breath.

"There is no me and Harry."

"What? He totally has the hots for you. And I thought you had it for him. Do you not?"

"It's not that, I just....I don't want to be heartbroken."

"What do you mean?"

"I just...I think he's sweet and very handsome......."

"Anddddd?"

"I don't know. I feel like we couldn't really happen. I'm not a very lucky person when it comes to this kind of stuff."

"You need to have hope."

"Having hope is stupid." I gasped at her response. She would be the last person on the earth to ever say that. Well I guess not anymore.

"Having hope is never stupid. You have to believe good things will happen and they will. In this world you need to make your own luck." She slightly giggled. The quote was always something she went by and for once I finally get to use it to her.

"You're a geek." She laughed some more.

"Yup pretty much."

"What would I do without you?"

"What would I do without you? You may be okay but I'd probably be in a mental hospital." We laughed and then talked a little more about our trip to Texas. She never really answered my question about Harry but oh well. It started to get late so we exchanged our goodbyes and I headed off to bed. I couldn't help but think about actually going on a date with Niall. I would never in a million years think I would even know a guy like him. He's so sweet and adorable. He's perfect.
