Chapter 15: The Special Gift

After Chandler drove me back to the studio, he walked me to my room. We arrived at 9:32 pm.
"Well, other than me yelling at Brianna, and getting food spilled on us... It was a pretty fun day." He says with a chuckle.
I laughed. "Yeah. It was."
I brushed my hair out of my eyes, biting my lip.
"Well... I'll see you tomorrow." He says before turning away and started to walk.
"Wait." I said, grabbing his hand.
He stopped and turned around to face me, his crystal blue eyes staring into mine...
"What is it?" He asked with a raised brow.
"Don't go yet... I have something I want to give you..." I mutter.
He went closer to me, his eyebrow still raised.
"What do you want to give me?" He asked.
"It's a surprise... Close your eyes."
"But... Why?"
"Please." I begged. "Just close your eyes."
He smiles a little and closes his eyes. "Is this part of the surprise? And if it is, is it going to get better?"
I smiled. "Yeah. It's part of the surprise, and it will get better. Trust me."
I put my hands on his either side of his shoulders and closed my eyes, pressing my lips against his.
I heard him gasp quietly, but held on to the kiss.
I opened my eyes slightly, seeing that his eyes were wide.
I got out of the kiss, feeling my cheeks getting hot.
Chandler, on the other hand, was speechless.
Then finally, he spoke after a few seconds later.
"Why did you... Kiss me?" He asks, running a hand through his long, beautiful hair.
I chuckled softly. "Because. I like you... A lot."
His shocked expression turned into a warm smile. "How much?"
"I love you so much..." I mutter, chewing on my lip.
An awkward silence hung the air...
"Well... Goodnight." I said, giving Chandler a hug.
"Night." He mutters in my ear.
