"C'mon Alexandria, you know that I want my coffee in the mornings," I explained to her. She groaned, running down the stairs. "Mom, I want to be called Alex, not Alexandria, I hate that!"

Damn teenagers these days. Yes, Alex is 14. Her birthday is in a few weeks. It's weird to believe that my baby is almost 15,and I'm already 32, and haven't seen Austin, Dez or Trish since I was 15 myself.  "Sorry, Alex," I corrected.

I followed her out of my nice sized house, to my car, and I drove us to Joe's Coffee House. Alex and I walked in, but it was hard to make our way to the conter, because of all the commotion. I don't know why, so we continued on.

I ordered Alex's and my drink, and paid for them, excanging the money for the drinks. I found an empty booth, and scoutched into it, Alex sitting across from me. Everyone was standing up, gathered in the middle.

I took a sip of my coffee. "Oh. My. God. Austin Moon is in that crowd. MOM CAN I MEET HIM, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?" I spit out my coffee, glancing in the direction of the crowd. The boy, or the man now, looked straight at me, and I swear I felt like I was gonna cry.

Little did Alex know, the man he thought he 'hot' and she 'loved', was her father.

"I guess so,"I pointed in his direction. "Mom, come with me!" I barely managed to shake my head, yes. And why in hell didI do that?

I followed her up to the man, know as Austin Moon.

"H-hi," Alex stuttured, "I'm Alex, Alexandira Dawson, to be exact." His eyes shot over to me. "Ally?" he asked, "Is that you?" I nodded, trying to hide the tears that escaped, all the depression and sadness this man caused me.

"Is there something I'm missing?" Alex asked, looking confusingly, between Austin and I.

"Alex...don't be freaked out when I tell you this." I nervously stated.

She nodded her head, confirming it was alright to go on. I took as much confidence as I had to say this,

"Alex, Austin's your dad..."
