Natsu was practically frozen, in the middle of the dimly lit room. He didn't speak. He didn't move. That girl knew her stuff. It finally occurred to Natsu, that she might've done this before. But should he even consider that thought? After all, Lucy was so sweet and nice; she cared about her friends more than anything else in the world. She risked her life almost everyday, just to protect them. If he was down, she was always there; and before he even knew it, he had started to love her. His life had been turned upside down when he met her. He thought about her all the time, and hoped she thought about him too. They were best friends, guild mates, and partners. But he just couldn't get enough of her. He chased after her, hoping she would notice. But his kindness blinded her. He tried to confess to her many times, but each time, he would screw it up somehow.
Natsu could only muster a measly sigh, as he left the privacy of the dimly lit room.
