Chapter 5

It was around 6pm when I tucked the twins in bed, my bed might I add.

Shortly after I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket,

Grayson:) -- Hey plans for tonight?

Me -- Hey, yeh sorry watching my brothers kids

Oh my jeepers, I was waiting for him to text me all day and he finally did!!! Ahhhhhhhh

Grayson:) -- That's okay <3

Me -- maybe another time x

Noah had a conference in LA and won't be back for 2 days, so that's why I have the kids. But there will be another time to hang with Grayson right?

Grayson:) -- Company?

What does that mean? Like what company do I work for or do I want company.

Me -- Sure the girls will be out, I think.

Grayson:) -- Address?

Me -- 43 Hailbourne boulevard

Grayson:) -- Be there in 20 ;)

Me -- okay

Ahhh Grayson is coming to my house, crap!

I look terrible, I quickly jumped in the shower leaving the door open slightly so I could still see Daequon and Avory sleeping.

When out of the shower I put on an oversized jumper and some knee high socks.

I left my hair down so it had time to air dry.
My fingers were shaking my heart was racing and then it happened, the for bell!

It's ok Indira, you can do this! He's just a human like you and won't judge! Phew ok!

My hands clasped the handle and twisted, the door opened to reveal something different to what I was expecting, the pizza guy.

"One medium Hawaiian pizza" he spoke clearly and bold.

"Umm I didn't oder pizza"

"Well sorry to bother you than, have a nice night" he walked away, poor guy.

As soon as I closed the door and got to the pantry, the door bell rang again.

Now it's show time

"Hey" I greeted a soggy Grayson, I didn't even notice it was raining.

"Come in" I smiled.

We walked into the living room and then finally he spoke.

"So how come you have to look after your brothers kids?"

"We'll he is at a conference in LA" I simply replied, I tried to keep it cool, to make it seem like I'm not having a total melt down inside

"A mother?" He pushed

"She left when the were young, want something to eat?" I ask getting up from the couch.

"Oh damn that sucks, sure"

Ahhh what do I have to eat, pop tart? Oh gee I need to go shopping.

"I only ha- Grayson?" I walked out if the pantry to see he was gone.

I walked down the hall to see him admiring Willa's paintings, she had a passion for art and we all liked it so may as well show it off.

"There you are" I grinned

Before he had a chance to reply we heard a little voice crying from upstairs.

"Aunty Indi" I heard again

"I better go check on them" I told Grayson before swiftly turning on my heels and jogging up the stairs.

"What's up hunny?" I asked Avory with a sweet tone.

"My tummy hurts" she cried.

I picked her up from my bed and slipped her on my hip careful not to wake Daequon.

I took her into my bathroom and sat her on the toilet while I wet get face with a cloth trying to cool down the fever she had.

"Do you want a bath baby girl?" I asked and she nodded.
My bathroom wasn't big enough for a bath tub so we had to go to the bathroom down stairs.
