At home
"You sure you want to go back? I have my summer break now, we could hang out more." I said, sitting on a couch.
"We still have four days." Grammy patted my shoulder. "I need to go back."
"But you can always come live with us-" I started.
"No, Kylie." She shook her head. "I can't. Not now. But we can hang out tonight."
"Yes!" I nodded in excitement.
*ring* *ring*
The door bell rang.
"I'll be right back." I smiled at her and went to open the door.
"Hello," I said while opening the door. "Chris?!"
"Hi." He gave me a tired smile.
"Is everything alright, dear?" Grammy asked, standing behind me.
"Yes," I turned my face to look at her and then I looked back at Chris. "My friend is heading home." I closed the door but Chris put his foot right in time to stop me from completely closing the door.
"Kylie!" My grammy shouted. "Invite this young boy for a cup of tea." She smiled and left.
"Eh," I sighed. "I guess you can come with me."
"I think your grammy likes me." He smirked as he walked into the living room with me.
"You wish." I giggled. "Why are you here?"
"Kylie," He stood up. "Would you give me the honour of taking you to the amusement park with crazy rides and fun slow walks behind the sunset?"
"Hmm... I don't know." I pretended to think. "I will have to ask my boyfriend." I lied.
"Boyfriend?" He thought. "Screw you, Jones."
"Yeah, yeah," I giggled. "I will come with you if you will never call me by my second name."
"Okay," He nodded.
"But the real question is, how did you know where I live?" I asked.
"Luna. She drove me here." He laughed. "Speaking of her, she's waiting for me. I'll pick you up at five." He stood up and left.
4.30 pm
"Grammy! I'm going to meet up with Chris, you sure you'll be alright?" I asked her.
"Of course, dear." She said with a pained expression. "You look amazing."
"Oh? This? Just something I threw on." I giggled. "I'm talented."
I was wearing black high waisted shorts with a greyish-black crop top and black vans.
