<Claire/Harley Quinn's POV>

I woke up to the Joker's head leaning on top of mine. 'Well this is a bit awkward. I think he's asleep.'

"Aw puddin' wake up!" He head shifted.

"I wasn't asleep, dear."

"Sure you weren't." I giggled a little. "Let's go inside and get this done."

He opened the car door and climbed out the driver's side and I climbed out the other, belt and full costume on.

"Let's sneak in through a side door." I muttered and he creeped toward and door on the left side of the building. "Wayne Enterprises, here we come!"

'Wait, I can't believe I'm robbing the building owned by the people who took me in. This isn't right... Oh well I guess. I'm Harley Quinn now.'

I sighed and pried open the door as quietly as possible with a crow bar. Throwing the bar aside, I clawed open the metal door and slipped inside with the Joker. Knowing Bruce, there were probably silent alarms everywhere and we probably already triggered one. 'Too late to turn back now.'

I saw some security guards walking by. 'Wow that alarm is fast.'

"Oh boooyyyss!" The Joker called with a laugh.

"God, so much for being sneaky, puddin'." I grunted and out on my face mask. "Get 'em." I chuckled and as he put on his gas mask when he pulled out the gas bombs and threw two of them at the guards. We laughed hysterically together as the bombs exploded and purple gas went everywhere.

"Oh shit." One guard squirmed as he fell to the ground, closing his eyes.

"I think we got them." I noted, stepping over one and picking his arm up. When I let go the arm fell back to the ground with a thud. He was limp. 'Good he's knocked out cold for the time being.'

"Let's go!" I cried and we ran into the hallway only to meet more security guards. "How many of these guys do they have? I swear they have a room stocked with them."

The Joker laughed at my horrible joke and said "good one, dearie!" before throwing another gas bomb into their faces, knocking each one out in a matter of moments. "Move it!"

He got to the stairs and burst through the door, hurrying up them to the chemical lab. We needed some weird gas, I didn't know what it was, but the Joker insisted we get it. While climbing the stairs there were of course, even more security guards this time.

"You go, puddin'! I got them!" He chuckled and ran to the lab while I waited to begin the battle on the stairs. One of the guards made the first move, trying to. Push my down the stairs. I stuttered a little but stepped down onto the next step and steadied myself. I gave the man a punch is the gut and sent him flying up the stairs, landing on one, probably breaking his back. "Oopsies!" I giggled.

Another guard growled and charged at me. All I had to do was stick my foot out in a kick and got his chest. He fell down the stairs, rolling down and smashing his head on the concrete.

"Come at me boys! Harley Quinn's in the house!" Three more came at me with taser guns. "Oh no you don't!" Two guards were coming at me on either side. Out of nowhere I jumped up just as they were reaching me and pulling the trigger. I hung onto the railing above me as they ended up tasering each other.

"I warned ya!" I said laughed as I slid down the railing to smash into another guard, sending him over the railing. He fell onto the ground below. I didn't now if he was dead... I went I check. Bounding down the stairs and jumping over the railing, I landed on the ground with a stop thump and placed two fingers on his neck. 'No pulse.' I felt panicked and pushed my ear into his chest trying to hear a heart beat. Memories went back to Dick calming me with his heart. I pushed them away with a silent tear and shook my head. 'Im Harley Quinn. Only Harley Quinn.' I heard no heartbeat. He was limp, but still warm. He was dead. 'Oh my god, oh my god I killed someone! I KILLED SOMEONE!' 'Congrats my dear!' 'No! NO! I'm not a killer!' 'Yes you are. You're Harley a Quinn, my dear. ONLY Harley Quinn.' 'Okay.' My mind blanked and thoughts of the Joker flooded in. I cackled and looked at the dead guard.

"Oh my poor baby. Rest easy puddin'!" I closed his eyes, which had been opened wide, and stood up, wiping dirt off of my dress. I started for the chemical lab.

With all of the guards ether passed out or injured, I leaped up the stairs to enter the

"Oh you've got the be kidding me." Batman was standing before me. 'Great. I've got to kick his ass too.'

"Claire, give it up."

"Who the hell is Claire?" I exclaimed. "I'm god damn Harley Quinn. Get it straight, would ya?" I giggled and ran at him, only to fail. As I was going to kick him he grabbed my ankle and twisted it, causing me to turn mid air and fall to the ground.

"Oh come on! That hurt!" I wailed, getting back up to strike him. I pulled out the knife from under my dress. I lunged at him. He tried to doge, but didn't get completely out of the way. I stabbed his shoulder. He cried out, but then the cry turned to a growl as he ripped it out and threw it on the ground.

"GIVE UP!" He snarled at me. "Claire or Harley Quinn or whatever! You are NOT going to win!" He ran at me, I pulled out a gun and pointed it straight at his head. He stopped in his tracks.

"Harley don't!" I laughed loudly. I wondered where the Joker was. "Don't do it!"

He took a step forward. I pointed the gun at my own head. "Any closer and I blow my brains out. And the death will be all on you!" I mocked.

He stood there, unsure to do. "That's why I'm taking you to Arkham." He looked vicious, like a panther ready to kill it's prey. Within seconds the gun was out of my hand and my wrists were in his hands.

"No!" I kicked at him. He didn't let go. "PUDDIN' SAVE ME!"

As if on cue, the Joker entered the hallway with a vat of green goo. "I would suggest moving Batman, before someone gets hurt." His voice was low and threatening.

"You're going back to the asylum with her Joker! You coming with me god damn it." He twisted my arms and I let out a little whimper.

"Puddin'?"

He let out a laugh. Quickly some gas bombs were thrown. "Wait I don't have my-"

I was cut off to the noise of Batman falling and hitting the floor, my arms free. I felt sluggish. 'Hurry, Harley. Hurry!' I scrambled out of the hallway as fast as I could with the Joker on my heels with what ever green stuff he was carrying and flew down the stairs, jumping over the bodies of guards, still knocked out... Well most of them.

I tumbled out of the side door and slammed my head into the car. 'Ouch...' The Joker pulled me to my feet and pushed me into the car with the green gas/goop thing. "STEP ON THE GOD DAMN GAS!" I screeched as he slammed the car door shut and turned on the ignition. I saw Robin in the corner of my eye as we speeded away while slipping and sliding across the pavement.

The Joker and it laughed like it was the end of the world as I began to feel drowsy. The knock out gas was taking it's toll on me. I fell under.

<Robin/Dick Grayson's POV>

I had received a bat signal from Bruce. He was in trouble. And I wasn't sure if I really cared. But I knew it was my duty to save him and Claire wasn't in the warehouse, so I went to help. He was at his own building. Someone had broken in. I arrived just in time to see the Joker and Claire get away.

'No! I was too late!' They spun down the street in their car and disappeared down some alley way. She was gone. Now I really didn't know how I was going to get her back. If I even could get her back. For all I knew the real Claire was locked up inside of that mind of hers while Harley and the Joker took her over.

I'd find out later, but now I had to help Bruce.

With a heavy head hanging low in defeat, I stalked through the already-bashed-in-door. There were guards everywhere, scattered all along the ground. I checked a pulse, alive. They were just knocked out.

'Okay. Where's Bruce.' I leaped into the door way leading to a stairwell. This door was bashed in too. There were even more guards here littered on each stair. One laid in front of me... Blood everywhere.

"Oh god. Oh god, who did this?" I leaned my ear to his chest... Dead. He was dead. "She couldn't have!"

"But she did." A voice grumbled. It was Bruce.
