Chapter 1

I was about 17 when I made the deal and sold my soul to save my brother, but he ended up killing him. I regret what I did and I will avenge him. This is my legend and my legacy. This is the story of the ghost rider that saved Columbia.

I was walking down the street whenever I noticed an old man in a black coat with a skull cane coming towards me. I had turned into an alley to see if I could lose him. he had turned in the alley just as I did.

"What do you want."

"I have a job for you Daniel. And in return I will give you your brother back."

"How do I know that your not lying, deceiver."

"You don't but you don't have a choice do you?"

"Fine what do you want."

" I need you to go to a city called Columbia and take care of a man named Zachary Hale Comstock. Then whatever else you do is none of my concern."

"When do I leave?"

"Tomorrow. A boat will take you to a lighthouse. Then you will be briefed."

"Okay I'll do it."

Then I turned around and left the deceiver in the alley. When I got home I decided do get some rest.

I had awoke to the sound of a knock on my door. When I opened the door a man in a black suit waiting for me. "Are you Daniel Grimm?"

"Yes, can I help you?"

"I am here to take you to the docks."

"Alright let me get dressed"

My usual attire consists of a black trench coat, black slacks, a white flannel shirt, and my black fedora. When I was completely dressed I had gotten my lucky ring and my hidden blade's just in case I meet resistance along the way. When I was done I headed to the door. When I opened the door I saw a limousine waiting for me. As I got in I was greeted by him along with a man and a women both wearing the same type of outfit. The girl then spoke.

"Hello Mr.Grimm, me and my colleague will debrief you on the boat. But in the meantime here is the targets file."

When I looked at his history it said that he was born in 1874. But the year is 2014. I looked at the girl with confusion.

"All will be revealed in time."

When we got to the docks it was storming. Then I saw a boat that we were boarding. When we had been traveling for about 10 minutes the man then passed a box to me. It had my last name carved into the center. When I opened it I saw a pistol, a photo of a girl with the name Elizabeth on it and a card with 3 symbols and numbers. Then I saw the lighthouse.
