Friki Fraternity

CHAPTER 5

I don't know why I agreed to go to this party . I have nothing to wear! What do people wear for fraternity parties here? I don't have a clue. And I probably won't speak to anybody seeing as almost everybody is Spanish. I'm so glad Xander is going to be there and Leo and Lisa. I spoke to Xander asking if he could give me a ride seeing as I didn't know where Leo's fraternity was. He agreed rather akwardly.
Me and Xander left at 10:00pm. It was really akward in the car.I tried to make small talk with him but he hardly spoke so we drove to Leo's in an akward silence. I was dying to get out of there. I think it's the first time I've been the one talking I'm usually do shy and quiet kind of like Xander now. It's different when you don't now anybody. I spotted Lisa and Leo imediatly and Leo looked amazing. I went over with them and they started introducing me to everybody.
The girl and guy with all the piercing and tatoos were there they were called Izzy and Matt.
They actually spoke to me and didn't ignore me as if I was invisible. Incredibly enough they where less intimidating than the kids at my fraternity.
They where really nice and turns out they where dating! I was so surprised I almost dropped my drink! So I left them making out in a corner because it was just a bit akward for me. I went over and got a beer. Leo was there with all his mates but he left them and came over and started chatting to me. Leo is actually really cute he has brown hair and brown eyes and a really tanned skin. He looks really Spanish even if he's Welsh.
The weirdest thing was he asked me on a date! Tomorrow at a little French cafe that according to him does the best hot chocolates in Spain.
When the party was over I went home with Xander and asked him why our fraternity was invaded by geeks. He said it was a great cuestion but he didn't have the slitest clue. So I asked him why he was in there. He said it was a rushed decision and there was only room in the friki fraternity. I was really surprised to hear him call it this and I laughed and said that that is how I call it and... he actually laughed! He has the best laugh it makes you just want to start laughing. By the time we got back we where helpless for no particular reason. I was so happy when I went to bed that might I had a date with Leo and Xander is actually really nice once he opens up a bit.
