Dressed in an oversized sweatshirt, sweatpants, and flip flops, Quinn made her way out of the Keller dorm building looking like a bum. She usually looked like this, but this afternoon, it was worse than ever. She had bed head and the bags under her eyes looked worse than before. She pulled her hood up over her head and stared at the ground so nobody would see how bad she look.

She started down the path that lead to town. Quinn had heard of Heritage Midtown Bar but never actually went inside or saw it. She heard it was a little run down and was behind some of the stores in the small town outside of campus.

A voice snapped Quinn out of her thoughts. "Quinn?"

Recognizing the deep and angelic voice, she looked up and almost ran into Luke's chest. He grabbed her arms to stop her and looked down at her. "Damn. You look awful," he noticed, raising an eyebrow.

"Thanks, I didn't notice," Quinn mumbled, darting her eyes to the ground to avoid eye contact. She expected him to start cracking up at her appearance, but they just stood in silence. His hands were still holding onto her arms and he was slow to remove them.

Her arms felt cold without the warmth of his hands there. She almost whimpered when he dropped his arms to his sides. He coughed awkwardly. "So, where are you going so late?" he asked, concern ringing in his voice. "Late? It's almost 5:30," Quinn raised her eyebrow, glancing back up at the boy.

He was staring at her with his icy blue eyes and turned away when they made eye contact. "Right. Just be careful," he hesitated and began to walk past her.

"Wait. Isn't your apartment the other way?" Quinn asked curiously. "Yeah? So?" Luke snorted and crossed his arms. "Why are you going into the middle of campus? No good party would start this early," Quinn crossed her arms to mock him.

"What would you know about good parties? You've only been to one," Luke snapped, smirking at the girl. Quinn rolled her eyes and turned to go, mumbling to herself. Luke frowned and called after her. "Fine. I was coming to your dorm to apologize."

Quinn stopped and turned back to face him with a surprised look on her face. "You? Apologize?" she chuckled to herself and shook her head in disbelief. "What? Are you surprised that I could be a genuine person?" Luke raised his eyebrows and stepped towards her. "As a matter of fact, yes," Quinn smirked at him, taking a hesitant step backwards as he got closer and closer to her.

"Well, what can I say? You bring out the best in me," Luke uncrossed his arms and shrugged. "Alright, sure," Quinn snorted with another smirk. She turned again to continue her walk towards town.

"Now, where are you going? Don't I recall you saying you spend most of your time in your dorm? And don't kid me by saying you have plans looking like that," Luke walked quickly to catch up with Quinn and walk beside her.

"I'm going into town," she said simply, not caring to go into detail. "Into town? Why?" Luke asked, getting curious. "I have to collect my friends from Heritage Midtown Bar," she almost regretted telling him that, but honestly wasn't in the mood to worry about that now. She was worried about her friends at the moment.

Luke burst into laughter. "Midtown Bar? Why the hell are they there?" he stuffed his hands into his black jacket. "No idea. But I think they've been there awhile. Kristen sent me a voice mail and sounded really drunk. Like worse than last night," Quinn sighed with worry. She had no idea how she was going to get Kristen out of the bar, or even Calum. She wondered if Michael was there too, but pushed him out of her mind.
