Rayen's P.O.V

I couldn't help but smile when I saw who was FaceTiming me.

I always get so nervous though and it's crazy because we've done this like a hundred times. I love talking to him and getting to see his face at the same time helps me forget about the distance between us.

FaceTime Convo

R: "Hey Lucas. Did I wake you up?" Rayen answers in pure excitement and slight nervousness.

L: "Nah, I been up for a minute, I just ain't get up yet. What you doin' ?" He asks his voice sounding a little raspy and it looks like he is still in his bed.

R: "Nothing. I'm just going for a walk cause it's a pretty day. So I figured shit, why not take my lazy ass outside and go for a walk." Rayen responds flipping the camera so he can see what she is seeing. She flips the camera back on her while she giggles at herself.

L: "Damn I wish I was there. I would walk wit you. I don't like my baby walkin' by herself." Lucas says. His protective/possessive side kicking in.

R: "I'm a big girl daddy. If anybody wanna try me they gone get their ass beat." Rayen jokes making Lucas laugh.

L: "That's my girl." Lucas comments.

R: "When you coming to see me?" Rayen asks innocently.

L: "Shit I wish I was there right now, but I'm coming for sure next week. Me and my bro Troy." Lucas says as he sits up, lifts up from his bed and walks to his bathroom.

R: "Didn't I meet Troy before. I think it was last Saturday when you FaceTimed me and he was messin' with you in the background. That shit was funny.

L: "Oh yeah. Troy be playing games sometimes man, but shit that's my bro. I miss you though, I can't wait till I get there.

R: "I miss you too babe like a lot." Rayen confesses. By this time she has circled around the whole neighborhood and back to her front door.

L: "Hey bae, I'm about to go to the studio for a little bit. Imma hit you up when I'm done alright. I love you." Lucas tells her.

R: "I love you more." Rayen responds back kissing at the camera. She waves and ends the call.

She relaxes for the rest of the day alone in the living room watching any and everything on Netflix. Hopefully next week she won't be so lonely.
